We loved staying at the Marriott downtown with a great remodeled room that was quiet, clean, and on the top floor with a magnificent lake view. The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout the whole stay ! It was evident that the staff wanted to make our stay great , from the desk staff, to the bellmen, to the cleaning...

Floor to ceiling window overlooking Michigan Ave made the room feel light and spacious. All the usual Marriott amenities and great service, including housekeeping. Executive Lounge on 2nd floor is closed weekends but they offer points (no breakfast vouchers) as compensation. Elevators were fast, as was the wi-fi in the room. No tub in the small bathroom for those who...

I had a very nice stay at the Marriott Magnificent Mile. The hotel is in a great location. I took the blue and then red lines from O’Hare; it was only $5 and I was able to walk to hotel after the Red line. The hotel is steps from Eataly and Big Bowl, (Rush side) and several nice restaurants across...

The hotel is in a great location on Michigan Avenue. That said, my room didn't have a great view of the lake or the skyline which was a bummer. Room was fine- pretty standard and the bathroom is on the small side. Lobby was very nice and the restaurant was pretty good. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was newly renovated. Spacious but with some wasted space. Long hallway into the room at the end of which as you enter the room could use a coat stand and / or a bench for putting on shoes especially in the winter months. Bathroom is compact. Lighting is good. The room was spacious and well thought out in...

This Hotel was just what I needed to have a productive work week. The hotel pantry served hot meals that were ready in minutes but tasted like I was in a sit-down restaurant. I highly recommend the salmon! This was the perfect way to get a great meal in my room after a long day. The fitness center was huge...

The staff are beyond nice and accommodating. May spent 10 mins finding me the best room in the building when I checked in...I am no celebrity. The remodel is beautiful to me. It is a little stark to some I expect - clean lines and beige. They have a bench sofa that is perfect and the desk lamp is sleek...

Recently stayed two nights for a conference and I was very impressed with the customer service. From the moment we pulled up, we were greeted and had our bags up to the room in minutes. I had my two small children with me and they were able to accommodate a later check out so the kids could hang out in...

Located on Chicago's famed Magnificent Mile, this is a typical Marriott hotel. The decorum was a little worn, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. I gave it a four because of the great location and convenience to the best Chicago has to offer. The area also has a few good restaurants that are within walking distance. It...
