Nice for an updated older hotel, but it is in no way a five star hotel. I was placed on a waiting list for a firm pillow. A waiting list?!?! They had the worst soft flat pillows I have ever used in my life. I...More
This was my first time staying at the Chicago Hilton. The hotel is massive and has a very cool history. Chicago isn't my favorite place...sorry Chicago...I find most people not friendly and almost rude. It was a pleasure to find that the people who work...More

Glad we chose this hotel. We had a room with a great view of Lake Michigan. Being so close to everything was great. Sooo much happening in the nearby parks across the street. Great restaurants in the vicinity as well. Will be back!

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of
the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
