The hotel is average but the location and staff make it worth staying here. We were given a room on the top floor (12th) with great view. However, the light rail is nearby and it was somewhat noisy. The water pressure in the shower was a problem but when told to the staff, they wanted to fix it. The location... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great (walking distance to Millennium Park, The Art Institute of Chicago, bus stop, metro stop, plenty of great restaurants (ex Lou Malnati's Pizzeria), and other shops/places. The front desk service was awesome. The person gave us a free room upgrade which we appreciated very much. That was very nice of her.... More

Reasonable price and the hotel is located a block away from Millennium Park. Very friendly staff. Overnight parking available across the street with a discount for hotel guest. I would stay there again.

Hotel is a bit dated, but the staff is excellent. It's an affordable downtown option with a good location.

Hopefully your neighbors across the hall or near you won't slam the doors ALL DAY LONG! The front desk needs to tell people staying here that the doors are very heavy, and all you have to do is close the door with your hand; not let it slam by its self -__- Other than that, our room was very clean,... This place was close to everywhere we went. We parked out vehicle and walked while we stayed. The only part that kinda stunk was that you had yo pay for parking in the lot across the street. They did give you a discount if you had the hotel stamp your ticket.
