It was a quiet and nice stay. The room does not have an iron and the bathroom is kind of small. Breakfast is not included which is strange for a downtown hotel.

Very centrally located. Close to everything you want to do and see. Close to the red line train. The hotel staff were pleasant. They have a restaurant conected to the hotel which offers a 10% discount. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation and updating. The bathrooms look to have already been updated. The rooms are very dark. After... More

First contact with hotel was to tell them that our arrival would be delayed until the next day. The reception staff were very helpful and said that they would complete check-in at that time so the the room would be available on arrival. The helpfulness didn't stop when we arrived. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable... More

The hotel is average but the location and staff make it worth staying here. We were given a room on the top floor (12th) with great view. However, the light rail is nearby and it was somewhat noisy. The water pressure in the shower was a problem but when told to the staff, they wanted to fix it. The location... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great (walking distance to Millennium Park, The Art Institute of Chicago, bus stop, metro stop, plenty of great restaurants (ex Lou Malnati's Pizzeria), and other shops/places. The front desk service was awesome. The person gave us a free room upgrade which we appreciated very much. That was very nice of her.... More

Reasonable price and the hotel is located a block away from Millennium Park. Very friendly staff. Overnight parking available across the street with a discount for hotel guest. I would stay there again.
