Exceptional customer service from valet to the bellman to the front desk for check in. The hotel is immaculate. The architecture is frim 1908 and designated as a Chicago landmark. The drinks were delicious. Perfectly made😍 The only reason I gave it 4stars was due to being mislead that the McCormick Place was walking distance which was the main reason...

Hello, Mrs. B., I am so sorry that you were misled about McCormack Place being within walking distance - I would appreciate getting more information on who would have said that as we generally are quite specific about the distance to the convention center. Other than that, though, I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed so much...

This hotel has a great location! 5 min walk from the Milenial Park! , the rooms are very nice decorated, very clean and confortable bed!! I enjoyed my stay here. People was very friendly! It has a starbucks. The only thing that might be missing is more restaurant options, but you can get those outside the hotel!

Its a Renaissance. I should have slept soundly with comfortable room and all needs met. However even if there was not constant construction outside my window, my room made its own noises constantly. Could hear my toilet water YELL every 45 minutes, Could here other rooms showering. No water bottles in room. Shower only had no step or stool. How...

We had a great weekend stay in this grand old hotel. Beautiful details abound; loved the mechanical elevator floor dials in the lobby. Tapas bar downstairs has a well-chosen selection of Spanish wines and a very knowledgeable and helpful staff to explain them to you. Convenient downtown location with nice views. But a TV embedded in the bathroom mirror--really?

Hi Casey from Boston! I am so delighted that you enjoyed your experience at the Blackstone! Did you not like the TV in the bathroom mirror? As a female, I LOVE the idea of getting ready in the morning and listening to the news of the day! Sorry you didn't appreciate it but hope you will come back again soon....

Our room was the size of a small apartment. So spacious and comfy for a hotel in the city. Could have easily slept a family of six, but it was just me and my son. The service is one of the best I have ever experienced, and if you read my profile.....I have stayed a lot of places. From the...

I have stayed here a few times since my son is attending college in Chicago and his dorm is a couple blocks away from the Blackstone. I like it here when I am traveling alone but not if sharing a room. The bathrooms have the sliding doors and I like complete privacy in the bathroom which I never feel you...

Terrific spring break mini vacation with family! Amazing architecture and property, well kept with immaculate executive room accommodations. Concierge lounge well appointed, breakfast on weekend in restaurant was solid if unspectacular. Good experience, will return for sure.
