A beautiful hotel perfectly situated in Chicago. Check in with Tekita was prompt and enjoyable. I had a small issue with my room and came down to speak with her. She handled it promptly and to my total satisfaction. Tekita rocks!

This is an amazing building steeped in history, many original features and details remain and are worth paying attention to. The hallways are bright and fresh, king room was very nice. The bathroom was beautifully appointed, marble, huge vanity, Aveda products. Very nice. The elevators are in need of some tlc as is the lobby carpet. Great location to many... More

This is one of my favorite Marriott properties in the US. The rooms are quite charming and the staff is amazing. Short walk to the Lake as well as Solider Field and the museums are near by. The executive lounge is a bit small but Norma that works there is amazing and super friendly. This hotel won't disappoint.

We spent one night on a recent trip to Chicago. Being Gold with Marriott I was treated well at check in, and given a voucher for breakfast the next morning. Our room was on the 20th floor and had a view of the Sears Tower (I know it has a new name, but I prefer the old one). Our room... More

I stayed at the Blackstone for 3 nights due to a business trip. Even though the hotel was 99% occupied, the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to the lake front view. I had two memorable moments which made me write a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly, the view of the lake from my room was phenomenal.... More

I checked in for a work related seminar on Wednesday evened g and was given a great room with a wonderful view. The next morning, about an hour into my seminar, I was struck by food poisoning (I did not eat at the hotel) and had to retire to my room. The hotel staff was not intrusive, but attentive and... I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and accommodating. Norma M. in the lounge was especially helpful and took great care of us in the morning. My room was clean, comfortable and I was fortunate enough to have a great view of Lake Michigan. I would definitely consider this hotel... More

Here for one night on a business trip, and chose this location because of its proximity to my meeting. I got a room with a great view of Lake Michigan. The hotel decor is on the dark and old-world side. There was no cup/glasses in the bathroom. The room was sizable, but the furniture was old. The lounge chair by... More
