The Loews Hotel in Chicago was perfect for my company offsite meeting. Great location, clean and working facilities throughout. I will definitely be back. The cocktails at the bar and in room dining were all excellent.
We loved everything about this place. From the minute our cab pulled up the staff was friendly- not in your face type of friendly but just nice. Lobby is very pretty, love the fireplace. Check in easy and even got our room early which we really appreciated. Room was great- fabulous bed and pillows. Thick white towels, good lighting in bathroom & it was quiet. Liked the bartender in lobby bar, very friendly and nice to have a Starbucks right off the lobby too. A lot of nice touches and it was very clean and bright and well decorated. Liked the great chair & ottoman in our room too.
Absolutely wonderful hotel and one worth staying at. The location, staff, and the ambiance of the hotel was worth going to. The Starbucks, gym, and the conference rooms were all so fantastic to have under one roof! Overall would stay here again!
This LOEWS hotel was amazing! Everything was super clean and everyone was very friendly. I will be returning. I was visiting for a conference and they handled everything very well. The food was prepared perfectly and the accommodations were endless.
Here for a conference. Everyone was very courteous and professional. The rooms were well maintained and equipped. Had a room on the top floor facing the water. Gorgeous view. Serving staff for dining was very attentive.
Hotel rooms are fine - generic but very clean and well maintained. For the price, however, other services are poor. You have to request any cleaning / service to the room (and I stayed 4 nights) . There is no restaurant, room service is little more than a hamburger and the “streeterville social” is the only place for food and both seating and menu are extremely limited. While I did mostly go to restaurants during my stay, when I just want to work at the hotel this is not good. Fitness center is good with good options for cardio and weights. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to very limited services.
I wanted to love this hotel. It is located in a great location close to Navy Pier and some rooms have incredible views of Chicago River and Lake Michigan. Great lobby, front desk staff and bellhops are very friendly and well trained. But a few things are lacking or rooms have obviously been heavily used. Firstly, lighting. In order to turn off lights in my hotel room there is no possible way to do it without getting out of your bed and using the main switch by the door. Second, water pressure. Shower water pressure was so low that I could not rinse my hair well. Third, cleaning. On my second day there my cleaning person left dark hair in my room in the shower and sink. Yuck! And lastly, the Peloton equipment was not functional, at first did not connect to wifi and could not adjust seat height etc. Once I identified the problem with the staff, service came up promptly and was able to fix most of the issues except seat distance to the bars and the jiggling of the machine from overuse. Overall, I would have expected better from a Loews Hotel.…
Everyone was very friendly, started before we walked in the door, clean, inviting, rooms were beautiful, great views, within walking distance to the Mag Mile, Navy Pier, Boat Tours,The Bean. Great Hotel! Will stay there again
I would highly recommend the Loews Chicago as a venue for a corporate event. Their facilities are in excellent condition and staff couldn't have been friendlier. Special shoutout to Khalid on the front drive, he knows all the best places in town for a bite.
Before I even entered the building the valet team out front greeted me with professionalism and respect. Hotel was clean and amazing. I was allowed an early check in which was a life saver. Thank you Loews.
