Our fifth stay at the Langham, and it was exceptional as always. Great location, tastefully designed lobby, rooms, bar, and restaurant, and outstanding service from a friendly staff. I can't see staying anywhere else when visiting Chicago.

The Langham has become our Chicago home. The facility is fantastic, the staff are incredible, and the location is perfect. Breakfast at Travelle is one of the things we look forward to most. It's easy walking distant to Chicago highlights, great food, shopping, etc. Easy walk from Ogilvie/Union station as well.

I suppose in one line I don’t think you can go wrong staying at Langham. Stayed here twice for business it was very comfortable, clean, friendly service. Hotel is in a good central place. No one bothering you.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, this was an unforgettable experience that was made possible by the Langham's extreme attention to detail at every turn. Could not have asked for a better weekend starting with the room, to the birthday cake and champagne surprise, to the club lounge upgrade, to the spa treatments, to the fitness center, and most importantly the extremely helpful concierge (Phillip). 10/10 this place was amazing. The staff went out of their way to provide the best possible experience over our wedding weekend. The check-in experience was phenomenal with a complementary bottle of champagne to help us celebrate. The room was incredible. Spacious, comfortable, clean. Staff at the bar were friendly. Check-out went smoothly. I'd definitely stay here again for a staycation or to celebrate another special event. It was wonderful.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The amenities and rooms are so impeccable. If you can, purchase or secure lounge access via an upgrade - so many great treats and views up in the lounge. I have just two areas of constructive criticism: Sometimes the staff can be a little cold and surly. Also sometimes they don’t reply to emailed requests. And the food in the restaurant and bar leaves something to be desired. I was never impressed and sometimes it was pretty bad.

We had a great stay, the shower in my room was spa like with life changing water pressure, so nice. The staff we interacted with were all helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay even more enjoyable.

This place is top level. Beautiful property, amazing food, etc - but it was the warmth & incredible professionalism of the staff that put it over the edge. ALL staff were truly fabulous. We felt like really respected and honored guests.
