Stayed in this hostel for 4 nights after working at a summer camp near by. This hostel was perfect for us great value for money, right on the train station too. The area it was in was quirky and had many cool places to eat. Pancakes of a morning was amazing and filled us up for the day. The lounge...

I stayed here for a number of nights in June in both a dormitory and private room. In both, the beds were very rickety and uncomfortable. Most of the staff were really friendly. The hostel is in a good location with easy access to the airport and CTA.

I think it is good place to start trip in Chicago, off course there are lot of other places, but for the low budget it is good place! Personal are very kind. Hostel located in good are, and there are few neighborhood shops, and cafes which work 24 hours, and it is comfortable!

I've been traveling for six weeks and IHSP had the best group of staff I've seen so far. I arrived after a red eye flight, and even though I got there hours before check-in Jeff (the guy with long hair) got my room ready so I could get some rest. All around genuinely friendly folks who seem to care a...

We had a great experience staying at this hospital when visiting Chicago last summer. Laid back atmosphere but also professionally run and very clean including shared bathrooms. Great rooftop patio to have a beer, have a chat, and see the Chicago skyline in the distance. Great neighborhood with many bars and restaurants nearby. Felt very safe walking around at night....

This place was amazing, the common area was really legit, pool tables, great breakfast, and a stereo for use by the patrons. Rooftop access with a view of the city. Sam was extremely polite, helpful, and just generally amazing overall, I cannot even say enough positive words about him and even the rest of the staff as well.

We loved our stay at IHSP Chicago, very easy to get to as it's close to the blue line which goes directly to the airport and main bus station. It's in an area with loads of great food and drinks and isn't far from downtown also via the blue line. We were welcomed by the very helpful Sam, lovely guy...

Great hostel, very friendly staff, great value for money, and delicious pancakes for breakfast. Sam greeted me my first night and carried my bag up to my room, which I found very kind - all other staff showed a similar level of genuine concern for the well-being of all the guests, and they were very fun to hang out with!

We used the hostel for an overnight stay with a group of 13 exchange students on their way to Minnesora the next day. The way to the hostel was described well, it's a 3 min walk from the Blue Line Stop Damen that is easy enough with a big suitcase. Quick an nice reception procedure and check in. Rooms and...

Wicker Park is one of the best neighborhoods in Chicago for nightlife, restaurants, bars and shopping. Downtown is great for sightseeing but Wicker Park is where you will want to spend all your time. Take a look at our video and see how good our location is. You can literally see the trains on the Blue Line pass by a block away.
