We just arrived, we are a couple and they didn’t give us a king bedroom.
At the website we booked didnt have the option of the kind of beds.
They took mor than half an hour to deliver the luggage in the room.
The room was swanky in the best ways. The service was proactively fantastic, especially from Samoan, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
This recently updated W is in a great location, right in front of the lake and near the pier. Easy access to the museums and attractions on the water. It is also easy walking distance to the heart of downtown Chicago's museums, public art, and...More
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as
the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
