Location, rooms, service are very, very good. We liked the restaurant service for breakfast very much. The large pool is divided in three lanes, that it can be used only by three people. Without the lane dividers it could be used for lap swimming by at least 5 people. That is ridiculous. You have to wait for a free lane.

The Peninsula Hotel was an amazing place to stay! The staff was extremely attentive and courteous, always watching out for guests and greeting them upon entry or exit of the hotel. We booked an Executive Suite and was upgraded at time of check-in to a Junior Suite. The room was unbelievable, spacious and luxurious with nice touches of technology everywhere....

The Peninsula Chicago is a beautiful hotel and I never want to leave when I am there! The location, just off Michigan Ave. is excellent, and the staff is topnotch. It is a luxury property so you will need to make sure you take advantage of the concierge or front desk for in-house dinner reservations because they do book up...

I've been stating here for 10 years. Fantastic, comfortable rooms, superior service, great staff. On my last stay they did not clear the feathers out of my room (I arrived at 3 am due to a delayed flight) but they fixed it immediately and professionally. Definitely worth a stay. Food is good too, but there is better in Chicago.

This is the second time I have stayed at The Peninsula. The service is impeccable, in fact it could not be any better. The rooms are beautiful with technology to control lights, tv, temperature all from a tablet. Our room was ready when we checked in at noon. Room service was very prompt and the food was very good. My wife and I were in Chicago for a short getaway and are so glad we stayed at the Peninsula. From check in to check out, every person we saw greeted us with a smile and offered to assist with anything. The rooms are excellently designed with perfected technology. Tablets control everything and are easier to use than a standard...

This was my first time in Chicago, home of Kanye West, so I was beyond excited. After a hectic ride from the airport I finally arrived at the Peninsula. When I walked into the lobby I was quite impressed with the modern décor. The gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant. A quick elevator ride up to a high...

Steps from Michigan Avenue shopping The Peninsula sets the bar high. From the moment we arrived, and as well as pre & post helpful emails we were impressed with ALL the staff and their "go out of the way" attitude.
