A great place for a working lunch and a casual meeting in the lobby area complete with free wi-fi! Completely welcomed and not rushed...it was perfect. Did I mention the delicious salad too? This will be a repeat destination for lunch and meetings.

I stayed at Chicago during Halloween weekend, brought an incentive group to the hotel. Had a wonderful experience with the staff and amenities, everyone was helpful and efficient. Eden Bernal, its conscierge is the best!! great recommendations and work, she helped me with all the activities I asked. So far, I will definitely recommend this hotel for couples or small...

This is the second time I have stayed here. Each time I am further underwhelmed. There will not be a third time. The lobby is confusing. It is dark, unevenly designed and not at all attractive for a W property. Upon entering, you walk by the bar which looks like a plain simply planned dive bar from a seedy, 1970s...

The W city center is a typical W, with the typical W vibe and feel. I had a Fabulous room, which was large and had modern amenities (USB chargers, etc). The bathroom was large for a W and the bed was comfortable, as they usually are. The positives of the hotel: great service, decent bar scene with good food, casual...

I don’t know what’s happened to the W, but they used to have people working at the front desk so there were no lines, they used to have a pot of coffee to welcome guests, they used to have a newspaper in the lobby, they used to have people at the front desk who could tell you about your reservation...

The location was great and the front desk/concierge were very attentive. Unfortunately though, I could hear every conversation in the room next to me which made it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom was very small and the tub was corroded. The lounge bartender charged different prices for the same drinks and did not give a receipt which made me...

The W Chicago-City Center was a fun, centrally located, comfortable stay for a recent business trip. The room was clean, had interesting details, and every employee I encountered was incredibly helpful. My only complaints were the miniscule bathroom (easily dealt with), the lack of coffee maker in the room (this is kind of a disappointment for a business traveler), and...

This was my first stay at W Chicago - City Center. The lobby was stunning, the staff gracious and efficient, and the food better than I've come to expect at most conferences. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.
