The room was very small. The bathroom was also small and the surface of the tub was peeling. Walls were thin and the train below was very loud, even though i was on the 12th floor. The staff was very nice, though.

I held three business meetings at the W Chicago City Center in February, and I was completely impressed with the meetings and A/V teams. They are courteous, responsive, and always doing whatever it takes to make your event perfect. I will definitely be going back there for future events I plan!

This hotel is in a great central location in the banking district of Chicago. The hotel has a very modern feel and the corner room I was given had ample space. The room itself had everything you would image, all that is apart from a wardrobe?! with which to unload my clothes from my suitcase. Not a major problem as...

I had not been to this property in 10 years. The "living room" is remodelled, and the giant lamps there are fun. This part of the hotel is architecturally beautiful, with vaulted ceilings. The location of this property is perfect for anything you need to do downtown. Breakfast had good options. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. In...

Overall very good. Rooms avagere. Beds above average. Great coffee. Great location. Great bartender. Paying for wifi antiquated and ridiculous. 14.95 for wifi access in the room absurd. Did not try food but bar had nice wine choices and a very responsive bar tender. My room was dark and faced a courtyard. Overall a nice place. Not great.

Weekend in Chicago and booked a 2 night stay at this W right next to the Sears tower. Beautiful hotel. Very modern. Customer service was a breeze. Room was great and spacious. Location was great as well. Lobby bar nice too. It stood up to the W standards. Will be back again next time in Chicago.

I loved the check in staff. I asked about any rooms with a city view and I was told there were modified city views only. One night what the hey sure. I had a view of the building across the street which is technically a city view. It's technically a city view and that had me in stitches. Well played....

Upon entering W chicago city center. I was greeted by the doorman and directed to the front desk. Tiffany checked me in and was just beyond warm, understanding and approachable. The first thing she did was wish me a happy birthday! I felt like a close friend was checking me in. Kemani at the front desk gave me a couple...

I have stayed in several W hotels and this was a mediocre experience at best. To be fair when I first got there the room was nice, facilities seemed good, staff is excellent. Now the bad... My ceiling started leaking the first night at about 4am, I called and they sent some guys up that confirmed that it was leaking...

Stayed at W Chicago for an early Valentine's weekend with my girlfriend. We ordered room service during our stay at the W and our server was also very...

“21st floor was nice and quiet when I stayed.”

“The room that I got was on the 19th floor and it's slightly annoying that you have to remember to have your key card out in the elevator in order to select the floor. The room I had felt a little sterile and the sheets were less than fluffy but I was not there long enough for this to be an issue. The amenities are great at the W - the hand lotion feels more like bee's wax but maybe that's a good thing when it's 12 degrees outside. ”
