I had contacted the concierge prior to my arrival as It was my first visit time visiting and wanted some guidance. She helped me all the way from discount tickets to the willis tower to reservations at RPM Steak. The hotel is centrally located to all local sites but the best part was Edens personal service the trip would have...

This is a horrible hotel for anyone who wants to actually sleep, because the L-Train feels and sounds like it is in the room with you. On the plus side, the building is gorgeous; the interior is Old Hollywood Glam, albeit a bit faded (still LOVE!); the rooms are simple, but big, with large desks; the staff is mostly very...

I stayed here while attending a large trade show in the city. Check in was great, and they actually read my room preferences and did their best to accommodate! This doesn't often happen, so I was certainly pleased. The room was well sized, with actual lights in the ceiling!! I was not dependent on only floor lamps and table lamps,...

I've stayed at the W City Center two times for work events. The staff and service are very good as are most W hotels, however the rooms and bathrooms are very small. I am a small woman and felt cramped, I can only imagine how a large man would feel.

The hotel was great for business travel. Utilize the Concierge, she was GREAT. The rooms are very clean, small but usual city type hotel. All of the staff was very friendly and I have stayed here twice, would for sure stay again!

My and my now-fiance stayed here when we got engaged. Kelly, the W Insider went above and beyond to give us a memorable experience, everything from a free Suite upgrade (beautiful spacious room, huge updated bathroom) to having a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries delivered to the room... seriously. She was great! Great experience!

Tiny rooms with great insight into the train schedule! Clearly (!) audible till very late night. The gap below the thin entrance doors makes it easy to join a conversation of guests walking along the corridor. Minibar was not refilled which makes the lack of water given at turndown (at U$500 per night) even more of a challenge. We surely...

The lobby and the reception area are much more impressive than the rooms. The room is basic, clean, no view, good size yet not too big, ok size bathroom, slightly worn out towels (at least those i had), and a somewhat dirty toilet bowl. American style toilets are half full with water for convenience, finding yellowish-black remains on the water...

Hotel stay was great. And customer service in particular. I left an item in my room after checkout; after realizing it a few days later, I assumed I would never see it again. I called and was transferred to security, and Brandon H. was great. He quickly determine that they did indeed have the items I left and he promptly...
