Very Friendly, efficient and helpful staff at check-in. Its close to subway stop, Willis Tower, and many fine restaurants in the area. Comfortable room with a good view to the East. Comfortable bed and room was clean and neat. We would definitely stay there again. Good Value.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past 3 years. I love the location, convenient walking distance to anywhere in the loop and Millennium Park, Bean, etc.. The hotel is always well maintained. This hotel has unlimited free filtered water. The site also provides a 24 hour coffee machine for espresso, latte, cappuccino, as well as regular...

Rooms are small as previously stated. We upgraded for $15 a night to a room with a queen and a pull out single. There were also a small fridge and microwave in the room. My travel partner got this hotel on a travel site for a great rate...so worth the money. In a good area just off state, lots to...

This is an older building, and the rooms are therefore a bit small. The bathrooms are also smaller, but clean and nicely furnished with nice toiletries. The location is near the Chicago Federal Reserve and Board of Trade. The Loop post office is across the street, which is nice if you need one. One small problem - the hold on...

WRONG. - When we arrived, the room that we had reserved wasn't available (how...

Club Quarters is a great chain of small hotels. Perfect for the solo business traveler, Small classy room, with comfortable queen bed, nice desk area, great large step in shower. Service here is great and location is perfect. A short walk to the L, the bean and the lake front.

I've been in this hotel just for one night, using Booking with a huge discount. At that cost, this hotel is for sure a good choice. Pros: in downtown, at walking distance from sears tower, michigan avenue, johncock tower,.. Cons: old style, high cost for parking (in common for many other hotels in town).

My 3 adult children and myself spent the weekend at Club Quarters (loop) and we had the best time. I can't say enough about how fantastic the desk staff is at this location. Amy, Carlos, Mike and Karina went out of their way to make our stay fun. The rooms were great (small but very clean). I would highly recommend...
