There are several nice things about this hotel. It's right off an "EL" stop so it is easy to get from the airport as well as around town. There are several good restaurants nearby as well as several sights within walking distance. We also like the fact that there is nice pub attached to the front of hotel - perfect...

Our room had an excellent view of river and Trump tower. Some construction in area but did not affect quality of our stay. Staff very helpful. I loved modern & comfortable furniture. Ventilation system somewhat noisy or would have given higher rating.

I stayed in a club room with mini refrigrator and a microwave in third floor, it was great. The room was not so big but not too small. It was clean and just across the post office building. Purified chilled water, apple/orange/banana are complimentary for the hotel guests, also in the afternoon you can have olive in the Club Guest...

Good value. Great place for biz traveler. Very close to Driehaus (DePaul) College for Business. Service is great and rooms are clean and in great shape. There's even a business facility with computers to use as well as even a board room should you need to have client meetings. Good value & quality.

Stayed for a downtown Chicago wedding. Easy, convenient and reasonable! Friendly staff. Parking options were great. Rooms were not huge, but excellent. Close to everything we needed. Definitely worth it, and we will be back.

Willis Tower, Cloud Gate, The Millenium Park, The Art Institute are just 10 minutes walk from the entrance. You can keep walking in the Adams street and reach all of them while enjoying a coffee from the Starbucks right around the corner. You can reach...

Would absolutely stay again and recommend. Phenomenal service, excellent rooms, and perfect location.. centrally located to...

Excellent location, within walking distance of the Art Institute, Grant Park, Michigan Avenue and the Amtrak/Union Station (I left Chicago by train) etc. All the Hotel Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The adjacent restaurant/coffee shop/bar offered top class food and service at very reasonable prices.

We found the staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. We came into town via amtrak and found our way to the hotel on foot with no problem. The elevators are fast. Sometimes in older buildings taking the stairs is quicker, not in this case. The bed was comfortable and the room cozy. The bathroom would be one area I would suggest...
