When we booked the hotel, it was based on review. We were very happy when we arrived and saw our room, facilities and location. It is a quiet neighbourhood during the night and busy during the day. Right in central of business area, walking distance to all attractions, hotel facilities are great. We will definitely try the same hotel chain... More

This was my first time staying at the Club Quarters Hotel. The negative I have is the rooms are pretty small. But the positives were great customer service from everyone I met in hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. No refrigerator in room but they have a water bottle machine that always has cold water.... More

My flight was cancelled and I, obviously, didn’t arrive to the hotel. They would not accept my cancellation. Pretty chintzy and terrible customer service. They tried to blame it on the 3d party booking place, which was actually ready to refund but the hotel refused to refund. After being pressed with the fact that 3d party wants to refund, the... Club Quarters is attractively located for business travelers and accessibly priced. The chain's signature restaurant, Elephant & Castle, is a lively British pub with a well-stocked bar and hearty menu. The hotel chain is known for its European-sized rooms, and this particular location is no different. A superior room is the equivalent of a basic room at most American chains... More

This place is a must stay for a European feel with a location to kill for. Try for the 10th floor as they had a purified water station right as you get off the elevator. Easy to get anywhere. Walk to the Art Institute or take the red line up to Argyle street to Little Saigon for excellent Vietnamese food.... More

Traveling to Chicago for business is always a good time; an easy city to navigate with a lot to see in the off-hours. I always enjoy my visits and usually stay at a Marriott property. Due to the last minute nature of this trip, I took the only remaining option, the Club Quarters Central Loop. This is one of those... More

We booked this location by mistake, I prefer the Michigan location better, this was in the middle of the business district, nice place, the restaurant in the lobby was great, and about the only thing open on Sunday. Club Quarters have small rooms but very functional, nice bed, nice bathroom. Consider the self-park option, two blocks away, no problem, much... More

I valeted my for $53 car and when we got it back on Saturday the tail light was broken. I noticed it about 30 minutes after we left the hotel. The valet workers took my bags and opened the trunk before I got to the car so I couldn't see the tail light. I called right when I noticed and... More

Dear Kayleigh It was disappointing to read this review about your experience concerning the Valet operation. Whilst you have detailed all the unfortunate issues that you had, I am surprised that you have not mentioned that as soon as you brought the matter to my attention I had the entire matter resolved within the hour, the costs of the valet...
