Room is nicely sized, clean etc. Location was good for what I was doing on this trip. Front staff is friendly and helpful. Only negative was that I had a room overlooking the alley and there are trucks there, delivering, till late and then again during the night. Also I wish hotel would give more washcloths, especially when 2 in... More

Stayed here for one night with family while enjoying Chicago sightseeing. The rooms are oddly shaped but updated and very clean. Use their parking arrangement with a nearby lot- within easy walking distance. What really impressed me was how helpful the lobby staff was upon check-in- a blessing for a family with small children.

This hotel is at a walking distance of the Millennium park and the Art Institute of Chicago. The pub next to it offers good food at reasonable prices. Internet works fine. It is an excellent choice for a short stay in the city.

A fantastic place to stay, live and breathe all things Chicago. Centrally located in a nexus triangle bordered by magnificent Michigan Avenue and legendary State Street, and within sight of Marina CityTowers(made famous by Nik Wallenda's blindfolded tightrope walk, and the setting for "The Blues brothers" and "Dark Knight" movies). Taxis and Tour Buses line either side of the hotel's... More

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to Millennium Park. But it was really overpriced for what I got: the room was small, very dark and smelled like cigarette smoke.I would not stay here again

We stayed at Club Quarters in Chicago and I have to say what made the stay the most memorable was the staff. We mostly dealt with Seth however everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our stay was worry free. Great location we walked everywhere . The restaurant was very good as well. The stay was overall reasonably priced for a... More

The Club Quarters met all exception, perfect for business travel. The rooms are quite small but as expected for Chicago. Room was very clean, well furnished with comfortable bed and bedding. Bathroom was well stocked, and CLEAN. Hotel is located within easy walking distance of many great restaurants and close to the Willis Tower. Overall very good hotel for business... More

No fridge, no ice bucket, no way to have cold water to drink in the room. TV screen was small, and the resolution of the picture was crap. I did not learn there was a lounge down stairs oil the last night of my stay

Dear 128barryn I was sorry to read your comments from your recent stay at Club Quarters Central Loop. Rooms could use some updates. Staff was very friendly. Not a bad price for being in downtown Chicago. Parking was a little far away if you didn't do valet. Hallways are very narrow. No two persons can walk past each other
