Marriott should truly be embarrassed by this location, specifically because it's considered a "luxury" hotel. There was NOTHING luxury about this hotel. As a Marriott member traveling for business with a client, I was horrified by this experience. Not only was the room dirty and had stained sheets, but the staff was unbelievably rude. When leaving, we stored bags with the concierge for about 90 minutes while grabbing breakfast. Trusting the hotel with our bags should not have been an issue, again as this is considered a "luxury" hotel. We returned and loaded up the car at the valet - it was the hotels responsibility to make sure they grabbed ALL of the bags from the secure room, considering they're the only people allowed in that room. Not only did the hotel forget one of our bags, but it was the most important item (noted to the concierge before leaving for breakfast). They lost my clients CPAP machine, a machine that my client literally depends on to stay alive at night. A few hours later when my client returned home, she realized it was left. This was about 6pm on a Saturday and she only lives 3.5 hours from this hotel. Instead of correcting the error immediately and sending a courier with the (as any LUXURY hotel would), they instead were rude/ didn't call back when they said they would/ ignored myself my client for 2 days/ and finally landed on the only way for her to get the CPAP back was for her to drive herself 7 hours total (there and back) and retrieve it herself. The manager never called me back and the young lady I did get to speak to claimed "there's nothing they can do for me since the incident didn't involve myself directly". A luxury hotel would recognize that this very much did involve myself and the poor experience that my client had from a terrible organization is now a direct reflection of my business. My company has demanded to be reimbursed for the room and instead we've just been ignored. Management at this place should be fired. Imagine walking into a wanna be high end hotel… yes that is this Marriott. The front desk staff is rude, dismissive and incredibly inadequate. I understand the service industry can be tough but please cut the blatant disrespect. This property is decent, the pool is dirty, gym also dirty and the rooms are just ok. Will absolutely never stay here again. Call down to the front desk for a laugh if you want to encounter stereotypical teenage acting adult. It’s quite sad that their staff is allowed to act in such a way. Marriott is becoming the Walmart of the hospitality industry sadly.

Stayed a few days with family in a connected suite. The rooms were updated and had many nice features. Just wish the floors were not carpeted. Everything was clean and beds were great. Lounge breakfast was simple but good but happy hour food goes quickly so we didn’t get to eat. My complaint is that this hotel still uses tiny plastic bottles instead of more eco-friendly refillable shampoo/soap. Not sure why when Marriott has this options in their other hotels.

Centrally located.The hotel was very clean and well kept.We arrived in am from the airport and were readily given a room before check in time.The staff was friendly and each one went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The spa was unreal. Couples massage for 50 min was perfect way to start the stay. Bed room was average size but bathroom was big. Marie in the spa was awesome setting everything up with special requests. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back for another trip.
