We have stayed here several times now and it does not disappoint. It is clean and tidy. The rooms are plenty big enough for what you need. The staff are extremely friendly and always very helpful. We would not stay anywhere else now. It is a great location to walk to see the sights and also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Room and bed were decent, it was clean. Really no complaints I was content. It’s right across from trump hotel on the river and great location and close to the bean 15-20 mins by walking and other attractions. Very helpful staff they even gave us a list of food, attractions and night life suggestions

For the amount being charged there was no heat no ...fridge ....bed was uncomfortable ...showers are outdated.... other than being in a good location and a good river view we were disappointed that we couldn't get the basics

I use to choose this hotel everytime I go to Chicago. The location cant be better and the beds are very comfy. The staff are all very nice and open to help with anything you ask them. There are even free bottles of water available at anytime. The only I would improve is the noice of the a/c even when its switched off. Bit overall this is fantastic option either for business or leisure.

Even after paying extra for early check in Front Desk Staff Mr. Leo didn’t able to find our pre booking made with Agoda and changed us extra and after charging he said it was by mistake and he was not able to find booking. Even on second day when we asked for room cleanup he rudely said that we need to inform before 11 else we can’t clean room. We came for vacation and can’t expect that we need to inform for room clean up before 11. Really worst experience and I have never got such treatment from any hotel ever.

We stayed at CQ for 5 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is at a great location with so much to see and do nearby. We appreciated the river view room and the kitchenette very much. Pedro at the front desk is amazing - cheerful and welcoming, with a lovely sense of humour. He offered a smooth check in and suggested some great places to check out and places to dine at, which we really appreciated! We were certainly stay here again in the future.

I and my wife stayed at this River Hotel from 17 to 20 May. Around the midnight of 19 May, I woke up startled by the sound of dripping water. I've never expected water-dropping from the ceiling of 3-star hotel room. A staff said we could move, but it was 12:17AM. Too late and we're too tired. After check-out, I sent an email to the hotel to appeal my inconveniences, nobody responds so far.

Recently spent 5 nights at the Club Quarters at East Wacker Drive just south of the Chicago River and had a nice stay. The property uses the historic Mather Tower building and is well located for those who want to be in The Loop. Reservation was made through booking.com several months in advance. Email confirmation was received immediately. We were well received upon arrival. There was no opportunity for early check-in but luggage storage is available for those who arrive early or depart after scheduled check-out time. There is lobby space past the ground floor lifts. Plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the area. Rooms are a bit small with limited space but generally comfortable. Bed comfort was fine as was the seating chair. There is a small work desk as well. Bathroom was similarly small, toilet didn't flush well. Shower water pressure was about as good as you find in old buildings. TV had plenty of English channels. Overall, all things being equal, this Club Quarters was a good hotel. You should be able to find nicer and larger rooms at newer and more modern properties. However, what you find here isn't bad at all and the location is difficult to beat if you are wanting to stay along the Chicago River and downtown area. …
