Service at the Club Quarters Hotel was one of the best I've ever experienced. Arrived in Chicago on a red-eye flight and they allowed us to check-in very early. The staff was very courteous and helpful during every interaction. Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable compared to most hotels I've stayed at. Has all the amenities...

location is good but really poor customer service and room facilities. trip could have been perfect because of the city and its weather but going back to the room after he tiring day of work and pleasure is more stressful because of the room air conditioner and hotel attendants doesn't seem to care.

Superb location, short walk to Michigan Avenue and Millennium Park, located right in the middle. Room is spacious and extremely clean. Room had all the amenities, kitchenette, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

From check in to check out a wonderful experience. The location was unbelievable. You just step out and you are on the Chicago River. All staff members were friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the shower water hot. Complimentary coffee/expresso/café latte 24 hours a day .The daily parking rate is lower than most hotels.

Hotel & rooms & facilities showing their age. Dusty public areas and rooms well worn. Got a good price for the location just steps from du sale bridge. Best feature of the hotel are the endlessly helpful & friendly front desk staff

We stayed for five nights in this hotel as part of a Road Scholar program/tour of Chicago. The location on the Chicago River, one block from Michigan Ave, could not have been more perfect. The hotel is primarily a place to sleep with minimal amenities, but the room was comfortable with a million dollar view of the river, and staff...

Tremendous staff and nicely renovated lobby in a historic hotel. The room was very small but the bed was comfy. There was a sleeper sofa (also comfy) but with that pulled out there was literally 3 inches for those in the bed to sneak by to get to the bathroom. Sort of to be expected considering the location, but just...

Location is the reason I selected this hotel for my post conference extension in Chicago. This is not a luxury hotel especially after the conference hotel on the other part of E Wacker. My room on 21st floor was small, it had no view as it looks into some office/apartment blocks and considering the price, I was not impressed. The...

I was on 3rd floor, room with river view, and It's an amazingly quiet and comfortable hotel! Of course it's not a fancy hotel, but it's well located, with all you need with clean room, good mattress & towels, in room fridge, micro wave, coffee brewer, wifi etc for an average room rate for Chicago standard!

I stayed here for 4 nights for a conference. The location is very good, the staff very helpful but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. My room was quite small with a view of a brick wall next door with a tiny window. I needed an iron and ironing board but the hotel only offers a few...
