The valet who parked the car (the hotel parking is several blocks away) was very nice. It was downhill from there. The room was very tiny - smaller than most cruise ship cabins - but was clean. Except I the towels, which smelled like tobacco smoke. The most irritating point was this was a business trip - and the front... More

This hotel was in a great location but difficult to find by car so if you're driving gps will keep taking you to lower Wacker drive which is a tunnel! Just know this hotel is off Michigan ave just past a little bridge and opposite a big Trump property with a huge Trump sign (now you won't be able to... More

Room was small but reasonably well appointed, river view was nice apart from the large Trump sign over the river, staff were not overly friendly, elevators take forever, great good location though, overall not bad.

I've stayed at this hotel (and other location) many times. In fact, I consider it 'my hotel' when in Chicago.Great location, close to many things that I'm doing. Clean, confortable rooms, if a bit small, but fine for 1 or 2. Safe area, nearby restaurants, tons of shopping (if you're into that), close to the river etc. Only one thing:... More

At first we had a few problems with our room, and the hotel was sold out for the night, but the management and staff were very helpful and accommodating--I feel that they did everything possible to remedy the problem.

Club Quarter rooms feel tighter than usual American Hotel Chains but efficient. This one has a great Italian resto on the first floor. I had the Frutti di Mare and it was fresh seafood with fantastic sauce. Back to the hotel room, windows are small but I was just happy to get a room due to huge conventions in town.

Great staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Very attentive and friendly staff. Extremely well located, 10min walk to the magnificent mile and 10min to the Chicago Loop. Ideally situated on the Chicago River.

This hotel is ideally located with excellent service. The staff was very considerate and made every attempt to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one. I definitely will stay with them again. My only wish is that they offered a military discount. Overall excellent hotel.
