Room price was reasonable. Descrpiton of room was smaller, compact, clean, modern, quiet (9th floor). Love security of you have to insert room key to use elevator. We ride Amtrak into Chicago. Hotel is 10 minutes walking distance. Centrally located to many shops, restraints (McDonald's, Giordano's, Starbucks, Potbelly). Walgreen's & CVS near by. Breakfast not included. We are here for... I have stayed at Central Loop many times over the last 5 years. I come in from Indiana to go to the theater. It's perfect for my get-always. Conveniently located, great staff, affordable. It's not fancy, but who cares! It's perfect for what I want.

My stay at the Central Loop Hotel was just fine. I loved the location being that it was right down town. The room I was in was very small but it was super clean and the bed was comfortable so I have no complaints at all and I would stay there again.

Basic hotel, done well. Efficient check in and out. Close to Willis Tower. Nice club amenities and staff. Small room with desks, styled for the business traveller and repeat customers. Not fancy but doesn't need to be.

I stayed at this hotel because it was less expensive than the place where the conference was being held. So it served the purpose of saving me some money. But, you probably do get what you pay for. I don't believe I have ever stayed in a hotel room that was so stripped down. There was not even a pen... More

This hotel is easy to find public transport from O'Hare. The staff are helpful. The decor is nice without too much of an extreme in style. It certainly will not offend. The rooms were clean and tidy. This hotel is located in a good place for those interested in the Loop district. However, on the weekend this area is quiet.... More

I would say the rooms have been recently refreshed and ours was spotless with new furnishings. We had a large room with one large bed and also a small lounge and desk area. This made it feel quite spacious. The bathroom was also very clean, fresh white towels and some toiletries. Plus a good hair dryer, iron and board and... More

We booked this hotel for its location and wasn't disappointed by this. We walked everywhere and it was so easy. We had a room that included small kitchen area. Room clean, quiet and bed comfortable. Like many other travellers like the free water located on each floor. The only reason we haven't given the hotel 5 stars is we have... More

Wonderful hotel, very clean and at a central location. Very accommodating. My sister had an additional family member join us and they upgraded her room to accommodate that family member at no additional charge. Added bonus is the purified water complete with the clean empty bottles offered on every floor.
