Best perk was the very kind and courteous staff. Room wars quiet, clean, and easy to sleep in. Conveniently located. The water bottle filling station was wonderful! Great wifi connectivity. We stayed for work, so I can't say if it's a good value for money or compared to others in the area.

There was no AC in the whole building for two nights in a row. Apparently, its an old building that it set up to either cool or heat. They should be able to switch it from one mode to the other, when the weather changes. The hotel is far from clean. Be sure to select this hotel based on price...

From the moment we checked in staff were rude and seemed like customers were a bother, we barely got a hello upon arrival. We stayed 3 nights and departed on the 17th. Realising my partner left 2 quite expensive jackets in the closet of the room we stayed in we called that same evening and left our details, as we...

Nothing too fancy but clean with friendly staff and everything you would need close by. Missed having a small fridge in the room but the free bottled water was a nice perk. Rooms were small so don't expect to stay here with a family.

The location of the Central Loop Hotel is great. Close to lots of things in downtown Chicago. The hotel itself is just ok. It's clean but the rooms are small. There is nothing special about it. There is a restaurant adjacent but it was under renovation which is something they failed to mention prior to my arrival. The staff were...

Thank you for the review of your recent stay with us. It is unfortunate that our restaurant is closed, we do have this fact advertised on our website. We are very excited about its reopening later this month - It is a total refurbishment and we know everyone is going to be impressed. We have 4 room types available to...

The hotel was perfectly located for me. The staff was professional and friendly. The room was great. It was clean and cozy. The lobby and lounge were very comfortable also. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here while visiting Chicago. The superior queen room is spacious and clean, and the location is perfect. The valet parking would cost $50+/day but we parked at the Millennium Parking Garage nearby for a lot less and walked there. There is construction going on in the front but it is quiet inside, at least in the evening. The...

This hotel is in a good location downtown and is clean and nice but the room is VERY small. You have to crawl over the corner of the bed to get to the bathroom. While the furnishings were nice, I felt claustrophobic and wanted to spend as little time in the room as possible.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights during a business trip. Despite its good downtown location, simply put, I suggest that you look for another option. I had a poor experience from check-in to check-out. Staff was not helpful, check-in process did not work smoothly and required endless intervention by staff that did not explain whether there was an issue...
