This hostel is right in central Chicago - great location! Short walk to Grant Park and Millennium Park and very close to all the train lines! Rooms are spacious and clean and there's an awesome common room on the second level with tables, a full kitchen, couches, pool tables and more. Great facilities. Breakfast was awesome too!

I went into the experience a little nervous. I was scared the hostel wouldn't be clean or would not have decent air conditioning. It ended up being a great experience. My roommates were amazing! The breakfast that was included was good. The place was SO clean. The rooms were cheery and bright with windows and lights. The beds were comfortable....

The best hostel I've been to! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable, a lot of activities going on (pubcrawl is the best!), the place is very beautiful and clean, awesome location - near everything. I will come back for sure!

Travelled to Chicago with my daughter for an event in July. As a single mom I was looking for a more affordable place to stay downtown in Chicago. The hostelling idea sounded like it would be a fun experience and it was! The first night we were able to get into a private room - room with a bunk bed...

Pros: The location - right in the centre of town, 10 minute walk from the lake (probably 3 minutes without cars holding you up) Value for money - I had a private room, it was still very cheap and comfortable Breakfast - keep in mind it's continental but the bagels were fantastic Things to do - I only made use...

Stayed here for five nights and had a blast in this great city. Hostel has excellent facilities and the staff are really helpful. Rooms are as you would expect for a hostel but they are clean which is the most important thing! Bathroom was shared but clean and never had to wait to use it. Activities organised by the hostel...

We booked a room at this hostel in part due to its very good reviews on Tripadvisor, however, we decided this is not our type of place and decided to leave after the first night. Thankfully, the management agreed to cancel the second night of our reservation without dispute, and staff were kind, overall. What de did not like so...

First off, I have to say hostels have come a long way since my youth! We brought our troop of 7 teenage girls to Chicago for a long weekend, and this hostel was the perfect home base for us. You can't beat the location - right in the heart of downtown, steps from an L station, and within walking distance...
