I loved this hotel. the location is great, next to the Roosevelt station (different train lines). very central, you can even walk to the downtown (about 25 mins). There are several museums (Art institute, Natural History, Field museum) next to it and the lake Michigan very close, you can see it from the window. It was a little loud in my...

This was by far the best hotel experience I have had in a very long while. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they seemed to truly enjoy being around each other. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel (Mei's) served wonderful food and at an affordable price. At the time I paid about $10 for eggs benedict...

I stayed there for a weekend getaway and it was in walking distance from the Aquarium, Soldier Field, the Field Museum, and next door to Grant Park. This hotel was also in walking distance from the Roosevelt CTA station which worked out perfectly with traveling to the Loop and upper parts of downtown. Our room had the best view of...

I was informed by Trip Advisor that hotel was under remodelation, so there was no surprise when I arrived and saw a little mess... however the service was great to compensate. The location next to Michigan Ave and 1 block from Museum Campus is great for pleasure trips. I hole remodelation gets done and takes the hotel to the next...

Our stay at the Grant Park Best Western was nothing but great! We arrived about 5 hours before check in with a heavy suitcase and in dire need of showers, and the lady at reception sorted us right out with a room. Everything was smooth, the room was big, clean and very nice, and the Internet was just fine! The...

After reading so many negative reviews we weren't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. Although the hotel is under renovation it didn't affect our stay at all, no noise etc. We stayed for 7 nights on a sight seeing trip to Chicago, we were mostly out and about all day so cannot comment on gym or any...

Central Loop was perfect if you are looking to visit the city and stay in a prime location for a reasonable price. The location is right downtown and in walking distance to just about everything including a nearby train stop. The rooms were spacious and clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. We had a change in our...

Stayed here with friends for a weekend; the hotel is old but clean and the friendly/helpful staff made this one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Location is perfect - the hotel is just opposite millennium park. Would definitely recommend.

It was very disorganized when checking in. The hotel was under construction so a bit of a mess with parts of hotel still out dated. It took an hour and a half for the valet to bring me my car which is un executable! Great location though.

Despite construction & remodeling we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location on corner of 11th & Michigan that leads to everything in Chicago. Friendly staff. No refrigerator or microwave in room but didn't need. Cheap & comfortable. Would stay there again.
