Great location, convenient access to restaurants, Millennium Park etc., just a few blocks east of Michigan Avenue. Great views of the Chicago River as well as Lake Michigan if facing East. Several restaurants + CVS within 2-3 blocks of the hotel.

No free Wi-Fi parking is $65 per day very modern, clean, and professional curtains do not cover the window!!! I hated this because we slept on the sun-rise side of the hotel and although we are not late sleepers I also wanted sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable. The room was also a decent size, where many seem to be really small. If you're a big person, you may not like the shower, it's a corner unit and not very large. I'm 5'11'' and 155 lbs., plenty of room for me. Location is actually pretty good. Easy walk to Millennium Park and all...

If you take advantage of their "Going Green" service, be aware they will not enter your room at all, to remove any laundry, dirty linens, remove trash, replace shampoos, conditioners, soaps. I thought it would just include maybe not vacuuming and leaving sheets and towels. For four days my room was not touched even though I called down to the...

Stayed for 3 nights attending a weekend meeting held at the hotel. The room was nice & spacious - only downside was no hot water pot to make coffee/ tea as what several other reviewers had mentioned. Fortunately wifi was provided In the room as part of the package for the meeting, otherwise would have had to pay for it!...

Great location to walk around downtown. We walked to Navey Pier, Millennium Park, WGN Radio Studios, and the Sky Deck. Sealskin made shops at many places in bettween. Lincoln Park Zoo is also a short car ride away.
