My husband and I stayed at the Swiss to give the kids something to do. They had an amazing time. I was impressed with the front desk representative Lanette Silas. She was hilarious the kids loved her and she made sure to give us great tourist attractions for our stay.

My coworker and I are nurses currently assigned at McCormick Place on the Covid-19 unit. After a long shift we decided to stay downtown and not drive back to the suburbs. We called ahead to check in. Asked if we can get a room on a higher floor with a view, I did mention we're nurses. Upon walking into our room we were pleasantly surprised that they upgraded us to a gorgeous suite on the 31st floor. Very clean, huge, 2 bathroom suite with a view. Great service and friendly staff.

Location is excellent: 5min walk to the Millennium park, 5min walk to Architecture river cruise tour, 15min walk to 360 Chicago observation desk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Also there are restaurants in the hotel. Rooms: I highly recommend you to choose river-view room: it really takes your attention. You’ll see skyscrapers, river and city life - it’s really cool. Bed and willows are very comfortable, bathroom is big: there is shower cabin and bath both. Wi-fi works excellent. Some information: Breakfast is not included - you should pay $50 per person. There is “fast” parking zone in front of the main door - you can stop there for taking your luggage from the car and that’s it.

The staff is welcoming! If Nicole is not already employee of the year she needs to be ASAP. We are greeted with bright eyes and smiles underneath masks. The room has a beautiful view, desk to get work done, and a lounging area. Swissôtel for the win!

Had a great stay. Olivia Miller checked us in and was amazing. She helped us upgrade to a suite that had amazing views of the lake and river. Huge bathtub. So much room. We ordered food and had lots of room to eat. Bought tickets in advance for the field museum and art institute. Very few people inside. Everyone wore masks. Felt very safe. We are a family of 6 we got a suite with adjoining room. It was lovely. Would stay again. Thanks again to Olivia made our stay great instead of just two small hotel rooms
