Can't say a negative thing about our stay - from the people who helped me book our complicated rooms, to the valet service, to the front desk people, to the concierge, to the modern feel of the decor, to the cleanliness, to the location, it was all amazing. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here while in town to see Hamilton with family. Nice sized comfortable and quiet rooms. Large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Well maintained property. Next door to Millennium Park and easy walking distance to many Loop and Magnificent Mile attractions.

I enjoyed this hotel as it is conveniently located and I paid extra to stay on the Fairmont Gold floor with access to the Fairmont Lounge. The breakfasts were wonderful, as were the evening appetizer buffets. My room was large and comfortable, with a nice dressing area. The gym was a bit cramped and the machines needed dusting. Overall, nice... More

Price is where you would expect it for a downtown property of this caliber. The location is excellent we were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go except out to the burbs for some dive joints. Staff is friendly and professional if not a little stuffy, but again expected.

I have never been a guest at a hotel where I felt more valued. My daughter attended a conference and I came along to keep her company and shop. I became ill on our arrival and spent one whole day in the room. Our room attendant (Carmen) and room service staff kept such good care of me. I felt like... More

From the point of entry, doorman, lobby and check in desk, you know you are in a class establishment. Every one was attentive and helpful. The room was large, well appointed with a great view of Lake Michigan. The restaurant was a good spot to get a quick bite or nightcap. We had access to all of the highlight of... More

For the first time I was disappointed in a fairmont property! The rooms had not been updated, the toiletries were missing from the bathroom as were the robes! The staff seemed annoyed with the request to upgrade the room( which was declined) as a member of the loyalty club it's a given perk. The exercise facility was very small and... More

Close to Millenium Park and Michigan avenue. The room is spacious and the views are pretty nice. The service is very good. Nice Chinese restaurant across the street. Not many places to eat in the hotel itself.

The King suite is really comfortable. We tried to get room service dinner, but it was terrible - horribly cooked food that would never be sent out from the kitchen in a restaurant. Plus I got sick (bathroom problems if you see what I mean) from it. Also they had to come back to us 3 more times as there... More
