We found this to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Location is beyond perfect! The rooms were very clean, the restaurant and bar had a great menu but most of all the front desk people were fantastic. I very special shout out to Jack - every day he helped us with restaurant recommendations and when we got back to the hotel in the evening he always took time to ask what we did and what our highlight was.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful location. Staff was helpful and always polite, they went out of their way to enhance our stay. Would highly recommend, great hotel with a good price. Pictures don't do this building justice

I never stay anywhere else whenever I’m in Chicago, and this time I took friends with me! This is for my daughter’s birthday and she went with her friend and friend’s mom who’s also my friend needless to say we had a blast! Windy freezing Chicago didn’t really bother us as StayPineapple’s location made it easy to go anywhere so my friend and the kids woke up early everyday and went to the park, had breakfast and brought me donuts and coffee! LOVE the friendly staff they’re almost like friends! Room is super clean, great view of the city! WILL NEVER stay anywhere else and I’d say you got another customer with my friend 😊

I liked this hotel very much, and will be a return visitor. Staff is great, and check in/check out process was very simple, even with valet parking. Room was small but it is in downtown Chicago, so no big deal. View from our room was absolutely fantastic! Room was very clean. Next time I would bring my own toilet paper and tissue, however, as the paper hotel uses is very cheap and “rough.” Be aware that the price listed as the room rate excludes lots of fees. Valet parking is $70 a night, and there are user fees, etc. If you plan to keep your car there, add $100+ to the list price.

Excellent front desk staff, very polite and attentive to all needs. We arrived early with intent to store our luggage and were able to get into our room instead. We loved the location as well, it is close to many shops and restaurants all within walking distance

This is the third year we have stayed at this hotel for a mother/daughter overnight. We are always welcomed in and treated as VIPs. We feel very safe and comfortable at this hotel. Darnell at the front desk is very knowledgeable about the area and provides excellent customer service. The accommodations are amazing! The location is excellent and within walking distance to many places of interest. This is our first choice of where to stay when we visit Chicago.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cosy hotel - loved all the extra pineapple touches (even pineapple water and themed biscuits available!). Hotel bar very welcoming, playing great music and excellent food. Extra thanks to the hotel staff for their help, in particular Jack for all his recommendations (followed them all and made my trip!).

We didn't plan this stay, but a train cancellation made us call up the hotel and ask for a room. They were able to accommodate. We enjoyed our comfortable room, and had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. It's centrally located for the "L" and bus routes, and has become our first choice for hotels in Chicago. Wifi is great, and you can cast from your device to the television in the room.

Great weekend get away at the Stay Pineapple Chicago. It's a beautiful building. The view of the city from our room was amazing. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The room as well as the rest of the hotel was super clean. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. Every time we got in the elevator we met another couple. All of the guests at this hotel we're friendly. A nice surprise we had a Mini fridge in our room. We absolutely loved our stay at Stay Pineapple and I'm glad I chose this hotel over others. I would return here in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone. Thank you Stay Pineapple🍍for such a memorable experience.
