Hotel front desk staff and security guard were awesome. The room was clean, blackout curtains were fantastic, noise was not an issue. The staff at the rooftop bar were dismissive. The drinks were good, but the service at the bar were greatly lacking. That said, the view from the rooftop bar is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The Robey is a fantastic boutique hotel with a wide range of amenties including large ground floor cafe, 2nd floor work lounge, 6th floor pool deck and patio with food & frozen beverages, and rooftop bar with panaromic views of the city. Need I say more! The corner suites also are excellent offering great views of downtown Chicago and the surrounding area.

Dear IanG2447, Thank you for your 5 star review and feedback! We are so happy you experienced what makes The Robey so special from our 2nd FL working Lounge, charming Cafe and our two rooftops, Up Room & Cabana-both with spectacular cityscape views. Whether you were here for work or play, we have you covered. Our Corners are the best seat (bed) in the house and next time, we invite you to try out our highest level Panorama Suite :) It does not disappoint! We really hope you will be back again to stay with us - and we agree, best place in Wicker Park! Sincerely, The Robey Management

I was very impressed with Francesca who helped secure everything I needed for my CEO's business trip. She was fast, incredibly helpful and provided guidance in securing everything that we need for his trip. I cannot say enough good things about how easy she made my job!!!

We had several rooms for our family and hosted a wedding brunch at The Robey. Rooms were lovely and a good place to “rest”, the food & attitude of the team for our brunch - outstanding, and the front desk team of Anthony & Stephen, rockstars. Only note - bring earplugs in case of street noise (black out shades the best). We will be back (oh, forgot about their Rooftop - worth the trip!).

I highly recommend this hotel. It It is in the middle of Wicker Park and steps away from many shops and restaurants. Also very close to the L and buses. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. My only comment is that it is pricy.
