The Robey is an over priced, extremely underwhelming place. TOTAL waste of money. We weren't even told our room number when we got our key. The room that cost almost a grand was so small there wasn't even a place to sit for more than two people besides the bed. Will NEVER give another cent to this place again.

The concierges were professional and courteous. Everything worked well at the Robey. Would stay again! The location was convenient in terms of public transportation. Near restaurants, bars, cafés, and the Foxtrot market.

Everything was really awesome. Super fun hotel. Great room with le labo toiletries, fluffy robe. My room was quiet. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast at cafe was good. Drinks on the roof amazing. Not crowded. Staff friendly and go the extra distance to help.

We genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. Not far from the Concord Music Hall, so we saw a great show that night. We deffinatly did NOT get stuck in an elevator. Love and cheers from Tennessee you classy making me have to Google Haiku having asses.

The room was not a suite in general terms. No drawers to put cloths, closets small. Right next to the "L" so it was loud and difficult to get to sleep. Had to run the shower a long time to get hot water. What a waste of water. Expensive for what you get. Would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it to family or friends.

I have stayed at The Robey a number of times. Always stay in a corner suite so I have enough space because the regular rooms are small. Restaurant is nice, cool rooftop lounge. I really like that they give you access to a fitness center less then a block away. Nice amenities included in room including 2 waters, 2 sodas and 2 beers. Cookies in the lobby in the afternoon are a nice touch. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a hotel in the heart of Wicker Park.

For a $300+ a night room I expected a little more comfort and basic cleaning. Pros: Beautiful view from the Urban king room. Friendly staff. Close to the L train. Cons: VERY uncomfortable bed. Touch points and top surfaces not cleaned in a while, several Cup ring marks on night stand and table. Bedding had some "staining". Flooring needed some TLC. Was rushed out of my room at 11:30 when check out was set for 12.

I loved this hotel. It is a hidden away door in a wall (literally) and is unassuming in the public spaces. The rooms are clean and spacious and the soaps/hair products are Santal 33 which is heavenly. The staff is super friendly and were very helpful when I lost my phone.

Great location a block from the Damen station on the Blue Line...My room faced east so I didn't hear the trains Great rooftop lounge with a nice view downtown Area has lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a couple of blocks Division Street entertainment area is about a 15 minute walk - that area is FUN!!

It's a great hotel. A bit expensive, but beautiful! A bit far from downtown. A small snafu with check-in (I was tryhing to check in early)--but very friendly staff and great food at the Robey Cafe. If you do stay at the Robey--you have to check out the rooftop -- great views and so peaceful!
