Management is very poor at handling issues with customers. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.Problems will arise. It happens. It is all in how a business handles the problems that makes all of the difference in the world. Poor handling.
This was the very best Hampton Inn we've stayed at, and we have stayed at MANY. The loby is lovely and there's lots of seating. Valet is super easy and parking would otherwise be a nightmare. Plenty of breakfast food for everybody. There is a bar for evening fun, and friendly…
Staff was very nice and helpful, but the rooms with two beds our quite small especially sharing them and for the cost per night it's very expensive. But looking at the overall cost of hotels in Chicago it seems to be pretty average.
The staff was fantastic. The room was very nice and the breakfast was decent. The valet was very efficient and friendly. There were several bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Loyola train stop is right across the street.
We enjoyed our stay while attending a Cubs & Cardinals game. Close walking distance to the L. The only issue was the parking attendant upon check out almost wrecked our car. Then handed us our keys and rushed away. Wasnt very friendly.
