The rate was low and the main reason I booked here was free parking. Pros: Clean, well-kept, friendly staff, nice rooms, attracts higher end customers. Cons: It is a bit out of the way, it is close to freeways if you are driving though. It was about a 10 minute walk to the train station, although a bus station is... More

This hotel staff was really friendly and nice and quickly responded to any of our questions or concerns. The hotel is also really close to two L stops and a 45 minute walk to Soldier Field (we went to Chicago for a concert). My only feedback would be that our room had a couple carpet stains and the walls lacked... More

This is an older hotel, but the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The service was very good. Easy check-in and check-out and helpful with Chicago questions. The location was the worst part about this hotel. It was a lot farther from downtown than I initially thought. Not easy to get a cab and, with the money we had to pay... More

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The exterior and lobby are nice too. Good parking. Negatives - not close to any restaurants, must take the bus to any attractions, not close to the train line, hotel restaurant only open 3 days a week, no pool, no information book in the room.

Regina was the bomb.com she was knowledgable and very helpful my entire stay! The room was way bigger than I expected the price is always right. I've stayed there twice since my first stay and I will continue to use them in the future. Great place to stay !!

The manager at the front desk was incredibly kind and friendly, apologizing that the last room they had available under my reservation type was an accessible room. The building was older, felt a little outdated, but the room was clean. Good size rooms, free parking a huge plus. A little bit more shady of an area than I would normally... More

I came here for my family reunion and was a little thrown by tge location but, nevertheless we stayed. The halls we hot and one of the elevators didn't work. Or room was ok and the bathroom was nice but, they did not have blow dryers, microwaves and things like that. There is no pool and the gift shop was... More

This hotel was a great find and a true value for a Chicago stay. One car can park onsite for no additional fee, no fee for wi-fi, and onsite dining and fitness room. The fitness room was well furnished with machines (treadmill, stairclimber, and stationary bike) as well as free weights). The hotel is a short walk to the train... More

The Hotel itself is nice looking inside and out. There is a cafe but it's only open 3 days a week. There is a Coffee shop/grill but it doesn't open till 8 am. On the east and west ends is the train and the tram. The best part of this Hotel was the Bar and Grill!

We went to a baseball game at Cellular field. The location was great, room was clean, staff was nice and accommodating. The only negative was the remote to the TV didn't work, I didn't bother asking for a replacement because it was late. The parking was gated and private too! I'd stay here again.
