This hotel was awesome! I had such a great time in Chicago and this hotel made it easy for me to have a good time without worrying about my van/trailer. I was on tour with my band and we were staying in the South Loop Hotel for two nights, and they were incredibly helpful when

Diane was working at reception when we arrived after a long and snowy drive from Kansas City. She was helpful and so warm; we appreciated her kind vibe. The lobby abounds in jazz-themed art. Our room had windows in two directions. The ceilings were extra high, which gave the

We walked to the ballpark two nails gets in a row, felt safe. However we rode a cab back to hotel. Walk was mostly along a well shaded sidewalk. It is probably a little over a mile. I think after dark, it would be a little less comfortable to walk back from the park, however if you are going to a Day game walking both ways would be fine.

We do not unfortunately, however CD1 cleaners is on Michigan & State (6 blocks away) & Villiage Wash, a wash and fold coin laundry is on 17th & Halsted (about 1mil. away). I hope this helps! Camille R. Guest Experience Manager

I would certainly call the front desk and ask if they can accommodate you with that request. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, so who knows. The worst they can do is say no.
