The hotel features an industrial-chic style with exposed concrete ceilings and avant-garde elements which contrast with the wooden floors and soft tones of all the rooms, creating a cozy atmosphere. Moreover, there is a wellness area offering a wide variety of beauty and massage treatments, as well as a sauna. Guests can also enjoy dinner at the Portsmith restaurant, which serves fish and seafood, or end the day while tasting a cocktail on the Apogee terrace

I stayed on a Saturday night actually yesterday. The check in is upstairs yes but that’s bc there is a restaurant and bar THAT ARENT OPEN bc of Covid . Not a big deal because they offer room service and their is a liquor store or bars all around. They had security at the door to make you feel safe and also you need a key to go in the elevator which is nice. The staff were all very nice no complaints there and my room was very nice for the price and the views made it even better! Will stay again. I also didn’t hear anyone partying. I also saw someone mention the smell of weed .. I didn’t smell anything in the common areas

Really great experience! We always felt safe in the area and in the building. They always have workers present in the lobby and security guards as well. My only issue with this place is there are no microwaves and the shower is super weird. There is a glass wall that you can see into the bedroom with from the shower. The only thing blocking it is a curtain that the person in the bedroom could move at anytime. Other than that, the room was beautiful. 100% recommend the panoramic view! Worth the money! Also, all the restaurants and bars in the building were closed but there’s so many other options in the neighborhood.

It’s like paying to staying in a flop house. This is a 2 star hotel and that’s generous. The place is basically room parties with noise all night and people roaming from room to room. The stench of weed. The criminal activity. This place needs to be shut down. It’s scary and unsafe. There’s no restaurant or bar or spa or anything. Just danger and drugs. It’s a flop house.

I went to this hotel this summer. The room was nice and with a good corner view. I had a surprise when I tried to use the safe, only to realize that the door safe had been forced open with a crowbar. The maintenance person came in promptly and installed a replacement safe. The smell of weed inside the hotel was just too much, starting from the lobby and through all the corridors in the hotel. On my second day there, upon entering the hotel I think a man tried to snatch my camera by tripping on me. He was unsuccessful and thus this person entered the elevator and waited there. I did not get in and the elevator did not start as a badge was needed. The receptionist called him out of the elevator and only then did I go in. Not sure what was going on there, but seemed suspicious.

It seems any positive reviews were from some time ago. I feel bad for the company that bought this hotel and tried to turn it around. All night I heard police knocking on doors adjacent to mine, people coming in and out all night and there was a crazy fight with women screaming above me. I was too afraid to call the cops because 1 - If they heard me they might come for me as well 2 - There cops were already all over this building all night long I was waiting for a bullet to come through the ceiling or something and constantly praying that nothing bad would happen to me. My friend had stayed just a few doors down from me and he told me he experienced the same things!
