Eurostars Magnificent Mile is located in the heart of Chicago, in the prestigious River North neighborhood, surrounded by the shops, bars and restaurants of the iconic Magnificent Mile. The hotel features an industrial-chic style with exposed concrete ceilings and avant-garde elements which contrast with the wooden floors and soft tones of all the rooms, creating a cozy atmosphere. Moreover, there is a wellness area offering a wide variety of beauty and massage treatments, as well as a sauna. Guests can also enjoy dinner at the Portsmith restaurant, which serves fish and seafood, or end the day while tasting a cocktail on the Apogee terrace

I would recommend this hotel. Location - Great! It is close to the L-Red line on Grand. Just couple of walks away from areas for dinner like Hubbard street and Mag Mile Room - Great! The room was a good size. We had 2 beds and they were queens. Everything was neat and clean. The shower was very nice and new. And they used pumps for shampoo, conditioner etc so you don't have to ask the front desk all the time to get more. Service - Great! The front desk folks were so nice. Very friendly and always said hello when we passed by. Check in and check out was easy. We left our luggage with their security the morning we checked out because our plane was at night and they actually have a room that locks it up. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent was that the bar/restaurant was always closed. That was somewhat disappointing. I think it opened the day we left.

Upsides: This hotel was positioned in a great location. Nearby bars, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. no more than 4 blocks apart. The hotel itself was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly. Downsides: Hotel Bar and Restaurant is closed down which was a big deal to me as I usually eat and drink at night during my vacation stays. Bathroom privacy is tough if sharing a room. You could pretty much hear everything going on in the bathroom because of the sliding doors.

Well located hotel in State street within walking distance to metro stops and the Michigan ave shopping area. Rooms are pleasant but air-con is noisy, as is the in-room bar fridge (which is empty). The rooms also receive a lot of street noise. The bar and restaurant areas were shut when we were there. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but did not seem well informed

Recently did a route 66 trip and my hotel was swapped last minute tho eurostars, what a result!! Everyone there was pleasant and helpful, room was lovely and clean and a great view of the streets below.Everything was tip top. Only drawback. we both left our jackets in the room by mistake and only realised 1000+ miles down the road! I would recommend to anyone. Thank you

Two people stood out for this visit - Robert, who checked me in on Sunday August 27, 2022 and his co-worker Zora. The bell staff service was pretty good too as well as security. But this hotel did not feel at all like the four star hotel it advertises itself. Restaurant and bar was not open, nor was the spa facility. I don't believe I saw any management staff or concierge. And one particular staff member who wore glasses at the checkin/check out desk was particularly unfriendly. Room was decent although not particularly large. Moreover, the room's ceiling was just bare cement - an indication the hotel was eager to open. City view wasn't all that impressive either. As much as Robert and Zora made my visit pleasing, probably wouldn't stay here again. In reality, probably should give this hotel an "average" rating. However, Robert and Zora made the difference for a higher rating.

Arrived early and was warmly greeted, booking in was easy, and was given a beautiful room on the 18th floor. My stay was great and all staff was friendly. The location was great and close to all attractions. Lots of Restaurants around the neighborhood and a supermarket, and A Target store were just a few blocks away.. I would stay at this hotel again even though it does not have a restaurant for breakfast on the premisis.

It was the worse experience. We have stayed at this hotel before they changed their name and it was still a bad experience and would not return but my husband didn’t realize it was a new name same hotel. First we had book a couple of rooms for our buddies and when booking it didn’t give you an option to select 2 beds or 1 but it said it would be either or. We got to the hotel and they told us they were all “ book” for the 2 beds and could upgrade us but one 1 room and we would have to paid 500 to upgrade another room. On top of that the restaurant was closed, the bar was closed and they said they were opening it till further notice. Why would we paid $500 to upgrade to stay when we had already paid and they obviously had rooms. The other receptions told us “you guys could just cancel then “ so didn’t care to help the situation or solve the problem. Manger came down and spoke with us and charged us another 250 dollars for the second room to be upgraded. Also by the way all the balcony where SCREWED SHUT. Don’t know why but couldn’t even use them. Just terrible service terrible stay. They hotel looks run down and not up kept. Would definitely not recommend and would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !!! If I could give negative stars I would !

This is a catfish hotel! There are absolutely no amenities! No pool, no bar, no microwave. There was a refrigerator. TV cable does not work. WI-FI does not work! It kept saying their internet was not on a secure internet and that the license expired. The layout of this hotel is weird. They have more seating for their employees than they do for their guests in the small lobby! Very tacky! There is a total of four lounge chairs to sit very closely in front of staff. The worst lounge seating I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I was also nervous about staying here because of all the commentary on the previous incidents. I should have read thoroughly the reviews. There is security here however. The staff is pleasant but I don’t think they do anything other be pleasant. There is nothing that has become useful for me. I’ve read reviews about the not comping rooms due to a change in the room. This place sucks! I will NEVER stay here AGAIN! The only plus was that it was quiet on my floor but that could’ve been because this place is practically empty. Also it’s very close to the shops on the magnificent mile and other places that are popular. Still not worth staying in. This hotel has motel standards. That’s what I feel like I stayed in. I don’t understand why the rating is so high unless the staff is coming in here writing fake reviews. Please make sure you read reviews before booking the hotel or any hotel. Lesson learned for me.

This hotel looked amazing in their website photos but it was filled with disappointment. Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was nice, room was spacious, decent location. Cons: Walls are THIN and could hear people just talking in next room, rooftop terrace closed, both restaurant and bar area closed, massage at the spa was mediocre ( my massage therapist had NAILS and they automatically add the tip even if you are not happy)only one ice machine in hotel, no microwave in room, AC loud when it first goes on, some worn wood on the vanity in bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay with my family. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Awesome guest service. When going and coming I would pass the front desk and they always spoke. They would say enjoy your day or welcome back. I will definitely stay there when I’m in Chicago again.
