We were doing Route 66 from Chicago and wanted a kitschy motel to stay for the night. This place was it. It was only $66 for the night. The room was nice and clean. It was definitely from an earlier time. The bed was actually not bad. We asked to see the rooms before we checked in. The motel staff...

I always do research online before my husband and I go out of town for work. We know we will be in work locations anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, so we want clean, comfortable, and with certain amenities, but we also try to find affordable rates so as not to eat up all our travel expense pay on...

After completing travel from Florida through northeast state on our vacation, my two friends from Korea and myself found a quiet motel along route 6 and I-55. We stayed 7 days, the inside room was spacious and comfortable. Choices for restaurants and things to do were limited but were within 10 min driving time, fast food and coffee shop right...

From the outside and when you first walk into the room ya think that its not bad for you money! WRONG! I travel all over the country for work and stay in hotels for 90% of the year, and this has been my best hotel experience to date. I have lived here for the last 8 months and I can not put into words how awesome the staff and owners are, I can honestly call them all friends. While staying in...

I had a fabulous experience at the Manor Motel. Room was very nice and big, and the desk clerk Justin was extremely helpful! The motel is very close to the highway for easy access anywhere. Also it is very inexpensive and the best bang for your buck. Will definitely stay again!

“If you're there during a period when it's not necessary to use either the air conditioning or heater, then I would ask for a room furthest from the highway. The walls of this old hotel are thick so the noise is not a big problem even during these periods.”
