We booked one night at this Quality Inn, on May 15, as part of a 12-days road trip across the USA. Great location, not far from St.Louis and the expensive city hotels Great and friendly staff, room was awesome, the breakfast was very good ... Great pool but we didn't use it. Plenty of parking spaces ... and plenty of restaurants at a walking distance Room, beds, carpet, floors, pools, kitchen ... Everything was clean, and having opening windows in the room is ALWAYS a plus!! The price we had online was $152 ... The price we got at the front desk was $94 taxes included So if I would have one tip to give you all is : Never trust the prices you get online when searching a place to rest in the area you are, because from our 12 days road trip experience, they were all WAY much higher than the prices we got directly, at these hotels front desks.

Pretty nice hotel in the area my granddaughter lives. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a busy weekend and the breakfast room was packed. The staff working the area didn't show up so the desk clerk was doing double duty. It also would be great if it was open a little later on weekends. Would not be such a rush to get in. The pool was right by the elevator so wet feet made it very slick in the elevator. Overall a nice stay that I am sure I will do again

Comforters had stains on them. Towels smelled disgusting. Mirror had been cleaned with dirty rag? You couldn’t see yourself. People running up and down the halls till 2am, another guest came out and yelled at them and treated to call police. Management did NOTHING about it. The entire floor smelled of marijuana. I did NOT FEEL SAFE, I didn’t sleep. I would NEVER EVER stay here again or recommend it. Avoid at all cost

IDK why I keep going to Quality Inns ... such a mixed bag ... and this place is near the bottom of the barrel. Pool out of order, side door doesn't work, pretty dirty ... in fact my first room had not been cleaned at all. On the upside, the staff was nice and breakfast good. Would have felt better at a lower price point. Hardly anyone else was staying there despite the albeit distant view of the STL arch. Free wifi of decent speed.

I generally do not write a review, but I need to warn you all. Pure filth! We stayed June 16, for a cubs cards game! Thank the Lord we were only there to lay our head, but that was even scary. Pretty sure if 20/20 did some under cover investigating these rooms would light up like a Christmas Tree. UGGGGGG
