Stayed in Cadley lodge midweek M-F, with 2yr old and 5 yr old. Accommodation is spacious, comfy and meets luxury tag, although lack of bath was an issue with toddler! Kitchen great, well equipped. We were in Augustus Way, so between village centre and Adventure Centre/Blue Lagoon, which was great, didn't need to hire buggy, could walk/cycle easily. In fact,...

Stayed as a couple in one of the 1 bedroom cottages designed for 2 adults & a child. The cottage was excellent in good condition with WiFi, a fully fitted kichen so we could bring our own food, a large stylish bathroom & a king sized double bedroom on a split level. Stay also included 2 hours in the spa...

Great time had by us all. Couple of unclean kitchen pieces, but generally in clean condition. Check in time of 4.30 is much too late compared to Center Parcs, I think it should be 3ish and costs £60 to get a 1.30 check in. The rules on children in the pool scuppered us somewhat as it is a public pool...

Just returned from here after a weekend away. Have mixed feelings really. Firstly we travelled from the north west and it took us 5 hours! I would not recommend unless you live within 2 hours drive as it's not that good to make a long journey. We are family of four with two girls aged 9&7. On arrival we were...

This is my second visit to bluestones the first being when it had only just opened so i was a little bit worried it wouldnt live up to the amaxing time we'd had before but it was even better! Finding it was easy, checking in was so simple and quick, directions were given to find our lodge and were easy...

The setting of Bluestone is lovely and the lodges are basic but nice. Cleanliness was not great on arrival. There was promise of a train for guests which never appeared and with little ones was greatly needed because of the amount of steep hills and distance between places. No explanation or information given. A lot of things "fully booked" they...

11 of us stayed in 2 lodges which were so comfortable, clean and very well equipped. We thought that the whole site was beautiful and child friendly. Fortunately, the weather was glorious every day and we ventured to several nearby towns and villages to enjoy the sunshine. There was plenty to do for our children in Bluestone and the local...

The lodges are great but dirty and damaged. It's a shame people are so disrespectful when staying in such accommodation, however Bluestone need to appreciate not all of us have low standards and expect better when it comes to cleanliness. The location is lovely, however there's not much to do on site. The pool looked great on the website, however...

We booked a 3 night break at Bluestone last year. It was our first trip here and I was looking forward to experiencing the 'luxury' that is mentioned so frequently on the website. Unfortunately on arriving at our Caldey Lodge I was very disappointed. I'm not sure by whose standards the accommodation could possibly be described as luxurious but they...

We had been the previous year and enjoyed the resort but this time we were not as happy. The accommodation was clean and comfortable but with niggling lack of detail, it was a lodge for 8 people but the vast entrance porch had only 5 coat hooks, the lighting in the porch was so poor you needed a torch to...
