Stayed here for 2 weeks with our 9 year old daughter on a lakeside pitch. She had a fantastic time on the lake in her dinghy and attended the kids club regularly. My husband enjoyed 2 weeks of fishing and I could relax! The pool was great, nice and clean, but could get busy at times due to the hot weather.... More

My favourite campsite - great welcome, perfect facilities for families with small children, big pitches and a peaceful atmosphere. Great pool, bar, restaurant and cafe, friendly and helpful staff. Special nights offer musical opportunities to guests.

Just returned from our annual holiday at Le Brevedent. If you have read any of my previous reviews nothing has changed except: the new shower block. The tatty block that everyone complained about has been pulled down and rebuilt. Spacious, with two shelves and a radiator, they are amazing. You needed to appreciate what they've replaced for my enthusiasm for them.... More

We were running late due to being delayed at the ferry port and were not going to make our booked site, so called this one in the hope that they might be able to fit us in. Fortunately they could and we were met like old friends and taken to our pitch which was on the lake. Once settled, we... More

Lovely site, hardworking staff, really interesting bar for the evening, picturesque surroundings, lovely little village down the road. In short the site was beautiful and the facilities were excellent. The major let down was the restaurant. Firstly, I must reiterate that the two ladies working the tables worked their socks off to cover an astounding amount of tables and this... More

Found this campsite through the Cool Camping website which has never let us down. The staff were amazingly friendly and the site itself had all the amenities we needed without them being too 'in your face' as they can be at larger sites. There’s a decent restaurant, a good cafe and an interesting bar within the Chateau with good and... More

We stayed in one of the glamping tents. The weather during our stay wasn't great but due to the location of the tents and the equipment, it didn't matter. We took a small heater which made all the difference. The owners here are so so friendly and our highlight was the French music night in the bar. Our kids sang... More

Back in 2013, my partner and i along with our rusting VW camper found this place not far from Le Havre. It was just idyllic, set in the grounds of Louis XVIth hunting lodge, we camped by the lake for 3 nights and i didn't want to leave. At weekends the lady of the house invites guides inside for a... Beautiful peaceful site with lots for the kids to do. Staff very helpful and wonderful with our daughter and helped her feed the rabbits and collect the eggs in the morning. Fabulous local cider and apple juice for sale. Lovely picture perfect towns around the area. Would recommend for a quiet relaxing stay.

Le Brevedent camping site gives an impression of being run on a shoestring budget, everything is poorly arranged and shabby. Luckily we only used it as a one-night stop-over on the way from Brittany, otherwise it would have been a nightmare holiday. Normandy does not boast the best climate and it rains a lot, so covered heated pool is a... More
