We picked a hotel with a pool for a reason. Take a look at the pics I attached. It should sum up the conditions here. The restaurant & Bar there is beyond awesome. The hotel is dirty, filthy. Its a tear down in my opinion.

We have had that amenity removed from all websites some time ago. The pictures you took are not the rooms we have for our visiting guests. We do apologize if there was some sort of confusion that these are areas available to guests. We have been under renovations and are pleased with how they are coming along. We have the tower rooms completely remodeled and the first floor suites are almost finished as well. We are very disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. This hotel has decent beds and the most annoying part was the fact that the shower water collected and didn’t drain properly. Wouldn’t recommend this place for an extended stay. Cheap and solid for a short stay.

This hotel is out of date, run down, and has very poor customer service. Although there don't seem to be very many choices in the area, I would avoid this place. We will not return and will encourage others to avoid as well.

The hotel is clean but we were there almost exactly one year ago and they were remodeling with rolls of carpet laying all over the place. Well guess what, they still have rolls of carpet laying all over the place. It appeared that our room had been remodeled (new flooring, etc.) but the as a whole the project is still a work in process.

Our renovations are coming along quite well. We have one floor completely renovated and are working on another floor right now. We have replaced the carpet in several areas of the hotel which has created a whole new look! We understand the rolls of carpet can be a bit of an eye sore, however, we can assure you, we are working as quickly as possible to get all the renovations complete. We stayed one night here for a Wedding that was in one of the ballrooms downstairs. First off this hotel is going through some renovation. We stayed on the 4th floor which is the only floor remodeled and part of the 3rd. Our family that was staying in other rooms on different floors had rooms that were old, dated, and stunk. Those floors that were not remodeled had stains on the floors and was very dirty. Rooms were subpar, nothing fancy or special. As for our room, room was updated and nice, nothing fancy tho. One negative with our room was it was located near the AC generator on the roof so it sounded like a helicopter landing all night. Positive was the ballroom was very nice. The night before we stay down at the Holiday Inn Express, which was much nicer. Wish we would have stay there two nights. Hopefully Quality can get through this remodeling phase and then once it’s completed keep your grounds up and not let them get dirty or this bad as before. Also pool is broken too.
