Yannis Maria Rooms are located 100 meters from the main road in Antiparos town, which connects the port with the square of the island and where you can find all the major restaurants, cafes and shops. Nearby in walking distance there are four beaches, where you can enjoy the sea and the sun. The facility consists of six double rooms and two studios up to 4 guests, all of them fully equipped with air-condition, TV, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, safety box and balcony. The studios have also a kitchen and a washing machine.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We stayed in Gianni's and Maria's rooms some days ago and the hole experience was great! The room was really clean and tidy! Our host was really sweet and caring!! We can't wait to come back!! 100% recommended!! Don't even hesitate and book it!!:)

If you want a quiet place to spend your holidays, this apartment on the ground floor is for you. A very beautiful veranda and a great bed. The area is wonderful as well as the climate, sunny and little windy. The house is 5 minutes by scooter from Antiparos. Owners very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

We visited Antiparos twice,and of course,we stayed at the same place! Welcomed by Yiannis and Maria as always and offered homemade wine and traditional drink,call tsikoudia!!!The hosts are friendly and informative about the must things you are able to visited. Rooms,are next to their house,cleaned everyday. Value for money place and wifi facility. Two minutes walk from the main town.

We arrived to the property and were welcomed by Maria the owner. She invited us into her house and offered sweet biscuits and later wine with herself and her husband. The rooms are up steps on the side of the house. Our room was basic but clean and had everthing you would need. There was a common kitchen. It is situated 100 metres from the main town with many restaurants and shops.

If you are thinking about staying on Antiparos then this is the perfect place to stay ! Okay it is next to the road, but you hardly hear the traffic & it makes it very accessible to a local supermarket & beaches close at hand. The hosts Yannis & Maria are so friendly & informative about the island that you are able to find all the best spots easily. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis by a friendly cleaner who waits until you head for the beach then moves in & cleans before your return ! I stayed here in September this year for 10 days & can't fault my stay, I will be returning to Antiparos & will definitely be staying at this complex !
