We had an organization function here again. I can't say enough about how friendly the entire staff was. Friendly, quick, efficient service when we checked in. Left a key for my son at the desk and they took care of him when we arrived. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds not real comfortable. However it was very...

Quiet room. It has a great lounge area with nice fireplace. We enjoyed breakfast in a quality restaurant which you could enter from the lounge. I would recommend this hotel as it was an overall pleasant experience

We were treated well by staff. 2nd Floor/main level has a elevator that is out of service but we managed. Hopefully that will be fixed soon. Pool area wasn't too inviting. I think the area needs some improvements. Pool doesn't seem to be heated so we didn't get to use as much as we had hoped. We do plan to...

I was disappointed with the size of the room for what we paid. We have stayed at cheaper hotels with bigger rooms and more amenities. We got the queen and it did not have a fridge or microwave which makes me wish I would have paid extra for the king. The girl that checked us in was very rude. Her...

I was in BN visiting my mom and wanted to take her to a nice hotel for a little staycation. I definitely made the right choice with the Chateau! Nikole and the front desk staff were completely amazing. They did everything possible to make us comfortable, which included lots of special requests for my mom who has limited mobility. Everyone...

For a weekend getaway the Chateau is a lovely choice. Maybe we just reserved our room too late in the week because our room was in the basement...and that is my only complaint. Rooms near the pool just tend to smell a little too moldy for my liking. But our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were great for...

A Chateau this is not....more like an English hotel - a bad one. The staff was very warm and hospitable, but no room service? No coffee after 9AM, and it smells like a stale potpourri truck crashed into the lobby. This could have been a decent hotel and the service was quite good, even while they struggled with antiquated computer...

Rooms were nice and comfortable, beds are somewhat small. The check in and out process was lengthy since it was a big weekend at the college. It was a tough weekend service-wise. It poured rain, direct tv went out, no breakfast that weekend due to the college activities which was unfortunate bc your choice was to either go out or...

The hotel is aging, but it still has a nice feel to it. Tony Roma's is a good restaurant option. I miss the old restaurant, but it was going downhill. Tony's food is great, and it is a great meeting place. I have always liked my rooms at The Chateau. The pool area is a little run down, but still...
