Just returned from a convention held at the Hilton, From the beginning of our signed contract we were told later that they had to move the rooms we were to use. This caused great problems having part of our rooms in the hotel part and part in the convention center ( a long walk for our older ladies). The sales...

This hotel may have once been a nice family gathering spot, it is now tired and run down. My room was a standard double. The bathroom was updated, but the room itself was dingy, dust webs in the corners, dust on the curtains. My bed had clearly been used and I had to contact housekeeping to change it at 10...

We were at a wedding at Indian Lakes Resort this last weekend and I completely agree with another reviewer that it is past its prime. We didn't stay over night or go into any hotel rooms, so this is purely based on the wedding venue (outdoor heated tent) and banquet room. Everything looks pretty, but when you get a little...

There was a day in the past when this property was an asset to the neighborhood and a credit to the Hilton brand. That day is long since past. Let me give you some details: Physical Plant: The architecture fit the neighborhood but the interior layout was crazy and confusing. the room size was great but the rooms, the meeting...

This is a very beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. The lobby is an experience in itself. There are many amenities to take advantage of. The restaurants offer excellent meal choices which are well prepared and presented. The cave is a great place to wind down after a long hard day.

Since it became a Hilton Hotel, this facility has been upgraded. The beds are very good, and the rooms are fine. I like that this hotel has an indoor garden and water element, especially when winters in the Chicago suburbs can't offer any greenery. I heard some noise in the corridors though, i am not sure if the walls are...

I attended a convention for 3 days that was held at this resort. The check in process was fast and I appreciated the valet service. But, I have to say that this is the most funky little resort I have ever stayed in. Obviously built in the early 70's by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. Tons of angles and...

As this was my second spa trip I was truly looking forward to it, and was truly disappointed in some aspects. i was truly appalled at the heavy handed way the group that I was with were "encourage" to tip, whereas I wholeheartedly believe in tipping, I believe it should be at the discretion of the person, not the Hotel...
