Stayed here 2 nights mid December and the first warning sign were the entry doors out of order, then it was the dank, damp, musty smell upon entering made me want to turn and run. One elevator, out of order, the ice machine on my floor out of order, the carpeting was stained in various places. My room's heating system was noisy, there were no glasses in the bathroom, minimal towels, the water took about 8 minutes to get warm before I gave up and tried again later. There was no menu ordering guide for nearby restaurants and not even a pen or paper and one of the lampshades was torn. The windows looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in years. Basically Indian Lakes is NOT what it was and Covid has done nothing but made it worse. Pathetic and only a ghost of its former glory.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. We appreciate input and will share it with staff and management. This will help us figure out what changes need to be made. During Covid we are limiting the touch points in guest rooms. Glasses are replaced with disposable cups. There are no pens, pads or menus in rooms. These items can be requested at the Front Desk. We hope to improve and live up to your expectations in the future.

First off, if I could give them zero stars I would. Before booking, I looked at this hotel's website. Their website said that they offered free continental breakfast. They did not offer any sort of breakfast or meal service at this hotel. The website said their bar would be open but it was only open on Friday night, not Saturday night. Their hot tub was also closed. They did not have any mini golf or regular golf open on the property. There were also no chairs or tables in the pool area. The pool table in the arcade also didn't have the white ball in order to play. The sink in our room was coming off from the wall. There were multiple drip buckets left throughout the property and visible leaks as well. There were cigarette butts inside the building. And the worst of them was a used tampon in one of the hallways. The property on the outside is in complete decay. Many of the buildings are boarded up and the landscaping very overgrown. Please save your money and book elsewhere!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the time spent here. All of our food and beverage outlets have been closed for over 2 years. The Continental Breakfast was discontinued in March after Covid. I will share your input with our Executive Housekeeper and Chief Engineer. Your input will help us to see where we need to improve. We hope to improve and live up to your expectations. Thank you.

Hotel property is very dated and very dirty. Parking lot needs to be resurfaced. Elevators were dirty and looked mechanically unsafe. The hotel has very narrow hallways. On the 4th floor many guest were smoking marijuana in their rooms and the smell permeated throughout. Requested a change of towels and they never showed. I had to go to the front desk to make that happen. I cut my 4 day reservation short by 2 days. I could not stay another night. I do not recommend this hotel. Demolish and start over.

The hotel was nice. The staff are nice. But there are some things I have to address. #1. I smelled Weed/Marijuana in the hallways and my eyes started watering. #2. Elevators need an Inspection and a motor replacement. #3. Elevator Machine Rooms are not padlocked and it's against state code for leaving a Machine Room UNLOCKED. #4. Lake/Pond House should always be open. #5. I saw people smoking. Also, I wonder why the other buildings are boarded up?
