The Wallace Inn is nestled in a forested valley at the west end of town. We love the smell of the evergreens and the sound of leaves rustling outside our window. The rooms are not fancy - but cozy, clean, and comfortable. Norma and Ana always greet us warmly when we wearily get there after a long drive from the...

Clean rooms, good restaurant, decent wifi, and a great town. Was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Norma behind the counter, and Shawnee (who has got to be one of the hardest working people I have seen - she was always running and was a delight to interact with). Had a wonderful stay...

Great place to stop on the way to Glacier. Hotel was clean, staff courteous and helpful. Room was just perfect. I used the exercise room each morning...it has just enough. We ate in the hotel restaurant. They are not fast, but food is good. We had a large family group and used the closed bar one night to socialize and...

Wallace is on National Historic Register. Great overnight stop on our vacation trip. The Wallace inn is not walking distance to town (for us), but a short car ride away. The Inn is rustic lodge style inside, with nice lobby and pool area. No elevator for the two floors. Room was large and roomy, but dated. Still, bed comfy enough...

37 of us from the Harman Center in Yakima, WA. took one of our 3 day Mystery trips and our destination was Wallace, ID. We stayed at the Wallace Inn and had a wonderful, comfortable fun filled experience. So much so that we will make this trip an annual trip! It may have been a mystery destination but the big...

This was a great place to stay in Wallace. All of the staff we interacted with, but especially Norma went out of their way to help us in any way possible, even allowing us to store our bikes in a locked room for almost 8 hours AFTER we had checked out. When we are in the area again we will...

Room was good. Pet friendly. A bit of mixup regarding shuttle bus to bike trail information. The pass sold is permit to ride and you get yourself to the trailhead starting at Taff exit East of motel on 90 just after Lookout Pass. The ride is downhill and at end the pass sold at motel includes bus shuttle back. There...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are happy to accommodate everyone (including pets!). Our brand new Ford shuttle bus makes the bicycling experience even more enjoyable. Always feel free to discuss all options with our manager, Rick, when planning your next trail rides. We are sorry to hear of the slow breakfast service and will...

The Wallace in was a terrific stoop on our family vacation. It is in a perfect location if you want to access the various bicycling trails, which we were doing. The room was very clean, quiet and everything worked well. The pool and hot tub were clean and in a really nice setting. The front desk people were very helpful,...

This hotel doesn't have it. The rooms smell musty, the carpet is slightly stained. The bathroom sink was plumbed backwards (?), and the pool water was murky. When iI asked where the ice was located, the woman at the counter was short with me, and I apologized for distracting her and she gave no response. NO elevator. I wasn't greeted...
