We were fortunate to get a spot on the creekside at this campground. It was so restful to listen to the water right outside our trailer. Campground is right next to the bike trail and walkable to downtown. Bathrooms/showers were very clean and Steve was most helpful when we had questions. Would stay here again if in the area.

One of north Idaho's truly historic towns, Wallace offers hiking the Pulaski trail; Silver mine tours, historical tour of Wallace and much much more. The RV park is small but offers a few cabins, excellent shower and bath facilities and nearby restaurant and bar. All of Wallace is within walking distance although there's a nice bike trail toward Mullan, ID. where we saw moose! The Park also provided a small library of videos and DVDs and very helpful staff.

Had a fantastic time staying at the Wallace RV Park with our Camper during Wallace's Annual Huckleberry Festival. If you've never been to Wallace, your missing out. It's a very old town with lots of History. The RV park was very clean, located nest to a stream and our site sat right alongside it, so you could hear the water at night. Very relaxing. It has full hook-ups and nice clean showers and bathrooms. One of the things we really enjoyed was the restaurant that is part of the park. They had great food and custom beers. Have to admit we over indulged a bit on the beers, but hey...it's a vacation right! I ran into many friendly people and some other Vets. All in all a Great place to stay and visit. They also have small cabins for rent. If you've never been, give it a try, you won't be sorry.

We needed a last minute RV site to ride the Hiawatha Trail the next day. Phone call was returned immediately and we had a lovely site along the creek - listened to the water on the creek all night long. Some places just have a great feel - Wallace RV Park is one of those places! Hope to return!

Arrived in Wallace with enough time to explore the town. The park is small with spaces and a few cabins. We backed the 5th wheel in with no problem. There's a small stream that runs thru, with foot bridges. The pub is located at the entrance, offering food and liquid relief from a long drive. Bath houses and laundry are available. The town is quaint, and made for a great walk with the dogs.

We stayed here after riding the Hiawatha Trail. There is no grass & the sites are small. We had a street lamp shining in the window. We wished we'd camped in the forest at the end of the trail. Their fee is for 2 people. They charge per person after the 1st 2.

This is a small RV park in Wallace. We stayed here based on its proximity to the Route of the Hiawatha. When we booked our site the gal said she would reserve us a creekside spot. When we arrived, I wasn't sure what the creek would be like. It was perfect! The sound of the running creek at night was so soothing. And my kids LOVED playing in it (and so did the other campers' kids and dogs.) It was a great creek! Our spot was very nice as well. It was a bit close to another site, but they made sure to book a smaller unit in that site. We also ended up meeting really nice people next to us. Funny, they were from SoCal too. It's amazing how many Californians you meet outside of California! We stayed there right before ATV week and we could tell by our last night that the place gets packed for ATV week. it was already starting to get very crowded and feel like a party. We were glad to get out of there before it got too rowdy. But, when we were there it was perfect. We also loved the onsite brew pub. We went there twice for dinner. The food was good and the beer was great. And, that's the only place onsite with wifi...so we had long dinners in there! A tip for travelers during the summer. There is a town pool that you can walk or bike to from the RV park. It costs $1 to get in. Totally worth it to cool down! Just go straight down the road through town until it dead ends.

Although the site wasn't what some would call 'roomy,' we had plenty of room for our needs. When we travel in our motorhome we don't spend a great deal of time at the site. We like that this location was right next to the Coeur d'Alene bike trail, near enough to access hiking trails, less than a block from the beautifully restored Wallace Northern Pacific Depot Museum, and walking distance to all downtown restaurants and shops. The wi-fi is only available at the City Brewery Pub, less than a stone's throw from our site. However, it is always free, available and there are several nice tables and chairs outside in shade and sun to sit comfortably and access the internet. This park is dog friendly and there is plenty of room to walk and explore the area.

While leaving the RZR at home for the labor day weekend, I really wanted to explore wallace idaho a little. This RV park is only 200 yards from down town wallace and in better than average condition, although the spaces are small the walkability to wallace was premium. For $25 you get full hookups and they have a newly remodeled restaurant on the property called City Limits Pub and Grill, very nice. We rode the Hiawatha bike trail and went thru the Wallace mining tour. Also had a dinner at the pizza factory one night, all great places and fun.

This is a "parking lot" style RV park. Sites are small and very close together. There aren't picnic tables or fire rings. The bathroom/shower building is clean. There are complete hook ups. For Wifi, you have to sit in front of the office, sit on the pub's porch or go into the pub.
