We arrived after a 12 hour drive from North Vancouver. We parked our truck and bike trailer right in front of the main entrance and walked in. As soon as the front desk saw us they knew who we were and had our reservations ready. We both got rooms on the top floor as requested. Although I was facing Blue...

We arrived late evening and wanted a place where we could go to see Shoshone Falls the next morning. This is an older hotel but being well maintained. The rooms were clean and pets are welcome. We didn't have a pet but others had them at the hotel. They pool and exercise room were clean and available late. The front...

Our stay here was pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The room was plenty large enough. There was a fridge and microwave. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

It's not such a bad place overall, but this time the Internet was simply unacceptable. They have several 'channels' to connect, and they're all bad. Pages won't load. Sites time out. It was clearly the worst Internet service we experienced in our three week trip. We decided to stay hr again becaus eof the excellent jaker's restaurant next door.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like honored guests. The room was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. everything we needed was already in the room which included a mini kitchen and separate lounge area. Jakers which is a great restaurant is literally just a 4 minute walk away too. I can...

Nice staff, but man does this place need a remodel. The room I stayed in smelled horribly old and the door had pet scratches all over the door. For a quick stay it's ok but for an extended stay they really need to update.

We had a large room. 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Check-in was a bit trying because we reserved a room online and had to wait while the staff searches for it and entered it into their system. The elevator was nice but once we arrived at the 4th floor, I had to use the flashlight on my phone...

I used the laundry facility and the exercise facility, all were great. Pool looked very inviting. If I could have avoided the staff at the front desk (evening and morning) that would have been great. They were not friendly, no smiles, had to have my cards re-keyed, was chastised for them not working. Not a welcoming experience. The room was...

I don't have anything bad to say. I was only there for one night during a cross-country road trip. The room was huge, there was the bed section and then a whole other section with couch, and a kitchenette of sorts with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a sink. There is a table and a desk. The room is...
