Detailed Reviews
We spent 2 days in Triangle C. We liked our cabin 10 as it had a kitchenette which we used in making our dinner as we were getting ready to unwind for the day. We liked its location as it was not too busy with tourists and yet close enough to the Sawtooth Mountains and Redfish Lake where we played during the day. The cabin was small but good enough for 2 people. It was pretty hot on the days we were there and it took awhile for the room to get cool as the afternoon sun was hitting the front door. Since there was no air conditioner we just opened our windows and turned on the fan to cool the cabin.

Had a wonderful stay with friends. The cabins were clean and comfortable. Our friends took their dogs and they were very welcomed. We had fires in the fire pit (wood provided), and the staff was very accommodating, friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again! Also, great location if you just want to walk to eat dinner!

Triangle C cabins did not disappoint. Upon entering the cabin it was clean , warm and inviting. The log cabin feel to the cabin, Arepejo 2, made for a relaxing evening after a long journey. The beds are comfortable and so were the pillows. The following morning we were able to make a pot of coffee from the well stocked hot beverage bar in the room. Highly recommended and will return!

We paid $20 extra for a supposedly better cabin, “Pistol Creek” which was “western themed” and supposedly had better linen. A triumph of dubious marketing.
All the cabins are the same size. The difference between the one we had and the others was a small home cooking area, and the sofa wasn’t a sofa bed.
The bed is a disgrace, really. The mattress actually sags in the middle, and should have been replaced long ago. The sofa has the TV behind it, and the bed faces the kitchen area.
The design of the inside is dire, really.
A place in need of money spent on it...don’t make it yours.

Clarksdale, Thank you for taking the time to leave us the feedback and write us a review. We greatly appreciate it. We have shared your review with all our management, housekeeping and maintenance staff. We will review our description online to make sure that everything is accurate. The bed in # 8 is less than two years old, but we will take a look at the mattress. In the last two years we have put in a new floor, chinked the logs, and put in new blinds and will continue to improve. Thank you again for your feedback.

Don’t stay in #10 until fixed!
1. Bathroom sink stopper disconnected (I fixed it).
2. Toilet running continuously (I fixed it).
3. Refrigerator door shelf barriers missing so nothing can be placed on them.
4. Freezer door off and laying in freezer (I remounted it).
5. Freezer needs major defrosting.
6. Six light bulbs burned out.
7. Rug is gross.

We stayed 4 nights in Cabin #6 Devil's Tooth. The thick, almost shag, carpeting was disgusting. Badly stained and soiled. Made the room look and feel dirty. It was difficult to feel comfortable in the room. I was told professional carpet cleaners were coming in a month which is great but didn't help our situation or that of previous guests or ones who followed us. The sheets did not feel clean or fresh. There is a badly stained upholstered chair in the room. One of the porch chairs was badly cracked in 2 places. I remember another guest saying to us: Oh you got the purple chair. I thought maybe purple was her favorite color. I think she knew it was busted.
There were a few pluses: the wifi connection is outstanding. Very quiet location. Front desk staff were friendly.
Possibly the other cabins are much nicer / have cleaner or no carpeting. The website really made the cabins look great. I was so excited about spending 4 nights. Overall I didn't think the outward appearance of the property was impressive. Quite lacking. Our cabin seemed very dark even though there were 2 large ceiling lights and bedside lights. Indoor decorating was very minimal. Again based on the website I was expecting a much more vibrant experience. Dull would be a good word to describe our experience.
Possibly the other cabins are much nicer. I would definitely suggest inquiring about carpeting conditions. We were very disappointed in our stay. We would not return.

We stayed in cabin #1. It's closest to the road but don't let that deter you at all. Its very quiet being a little away from the main area of Stanley but still close enough to walk everywhere. The views from this cabin were wonderful. We enjoyed coming back and sitting outside after hiking great trails. There's no air conditioning but there is a fan. It gets cool at night but canin stayed warm. The king bed was much too soft for our liking. Had wonderful pillows though. I needs a new refrigerator because there are no shelves in it.
It worked well though. They have a pretty box of items to make s'mores but you have to pay for that box to use it. Personally I think they should give you at least one night of those items included to use at the communal fire pit.
It's an expensive place and the things mentioned make a difference. We would stay here again? I would say yes.

After a long covid-19 shutdown, our family got together in Stanley Idaho. The big cabin at Triangle C was great. Plenty of room for meals and relaxing indoors and out. The cabin is roomy with plenty of places for games and gathering, it was clean and well stocked with kitchenware, bedding, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. WE are already planning next year's trip

The hospitality of staff and reception was exceptional. The cabins were clean and beautiful. The location made you feel that you were at the foot of the Swiss Alps. Again this was a most memorable event that will not soon be forgotten by every member of our family... We will be back

6 stars if I could! Triangle C Cabins went out of their to accommodate the many changes in cabins, nights, etc. that our group needed. They were always there when we needed them and were always pleasant and helpful! What a great location too. You won't go wrong with Triangle C Cabins. So cozy and cute too.

Yes..there a very small RV place a block or two up the street on the left at a motel,
Also on the way out toward Stanley Lake there is an RV park with lots of spots, with hool ups and all facilities and a good restaurant.
4 people is the most comfortable. We do have cots, and can put them in each room to sleep 5.
Thanks!
