The syringa lodge is a amazing experience, beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds, quiet and cozy. No Television in the room loved that my husband was kinda lost at first. The husband and wife that run and own the lodge are very friendly and fun to talk to. Slept like a baby and thoroughly enjoyed our private room and bathroom. Also... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing B & B. Our hosts couldn't be more accommodating & made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very comfortable & just loved the community porches - great views & lots of space. This is THE place to stay in the area!

Let's start with the breakfast and work backwards... It was great! After days of b&b pretension (surely nobody really wants frittatas and soufflés at breakfast time, do they?) Syringa Lodge was a breath of fresh and sensible air, delighting us with a proper breakfast of eggs, bacon and fruit, NOT plated up, but presented in dishes so that you could... More

As we drove up to syringa lodge we were amazed at the place and the setting. The greeting was lovely from fantastic hosts. The rooms are immaculately clean with old charm furniture they look great. Wonderful views of the river and the town. And anyone would be delighted with the breakfast.

This was a midpoint in our week-long road trip. The lodge was amazing! We enjoyed a comfortable room which was spotless, well decorated and with great views of the Salmon area. The hosts were extremely friendly. We remarked that breakfast was the best we had ever had while on vacation.

Because of business, my husband has been to Salmon several times and has always stayed at this Bed and Breakfast, so I knew some about what I would experience when I traveled there with him, but it was way more than I had expected. Located in Salmon, Idaho, approximately 5-1/2 hours north of Bosie, this is a place I want... More

Absolutely LOVED our stay at the Syringa Lodge! We referred to it as the "gold standard" of B&Bs. Seriously, Paula and Dave made our stay very comfortable, very welcoming! We're not usually big fans of B&Bs because we always have the feeling that we're invading the home owner's privacy, but Paula and Dave have their own private residence, and we... More

The Syringa Lodge was a wonderful bed and breakfast… Paula and her husband and daughter couldn't be more welcoming and generous. I think our favorite part was sitting out on the deck watching the sunset over Salmon, Idaho and playing cards. The lodge is beautifully set in the hills just above town and the views in the evening of the... More

My sister and I couldn't have been any happier with this place... From Paula and Dave's hospitality to the stunning views and serene environment.... The house itself is impeccably decorated..the breakfast was delicious and loved that there was a fridge and Keurig on the floor that we were on. We stayed in the Syringa Room with views of Salmon city... More

Here's the deal: The Syringa Lodge is a breath of fresh air. Paula, the owner could not be a more generous, gracious host. Rooms are spotless and well-appointed. The homemade breakfast is 4 star. It is a B and B so it is a more communal experience than a hotel room, but we found the guests we bumped into as... More
