My buddy and I needed a place for the night on a hunting trip, Googled hotels before we got there and chose Sacajawea Inn basically for the lowest price. And we were not going to be picky for a short stay. Once we got there, we were greeted and checked in by the owner in no time flat. Its a... More

We had a wonderful stay at the Sacajawea Inn. The staff was super nice & helpful. We stayed in the Wolf themed room. It was very nice & comfortable. The rest of the people in our group said their rooms were nice also. The breakfast was very tasty. It was worth more than the $3 they charged for it. I... More

This place is the best. Super cozy rooms and beds. They offer a great breakfast, and treat their guests like family. I always stay there when visiting beautiful Salmon, Idaho. Barb and Walter are gracious hosts whom have done numerous improvements that are obvious throughout the property

The staff is very friendly. I believe the owners are the managers, so they have an interest in you being comfortable .The rooms are clean and very affordable. They have a big bonfire in the evening for anyone that wants to join in. The breakfast for $3.00 is wonderful. I will recommend this hotel to our friends and will be... More

Friendly staff, with clean and comfortable rooms that capture the spirit of the Salmon Idaho community. The owners strive to make each one of their guest feel like family - from remembering us from our stay last year to a home cooked breakfast every morning. Each room has a different "theme" - we stayed in the JackALope room our 2nd... More

This is a basic motel so very few extras. It would have been nice to have soap for the shower. However, the room was clean and homely as long as you don't mind a moose over the bed! $3 cooked breakfast was excellent. Despite being on highway, noise wasn't a problem.

Traveling to Arizona and stayed here for the evening. The Inn is very well done, quiet and clean. Bathroom is a bit small, but didn't take away from the comfort and relaxing stay. They have breakfast which is cooked to order - a nice change while traveling.

It was nice to be greeted in the AM and have someone actually cook for you and not put out powdered scrambled eggs and microwaved meat! The rooms were clean and the handpainted designs and murals on the walls were unique. Our bathroom needed an upgrade, seemed a little dingy and rusty looking, but overall the value for the money... I would go out of my way just to stay here! Friendly service, clean rooms that feel so very homey. Each one is a different scene. We stayed in the raccoon room. Breakfast is great! Do yourself a favor and check it out!!!! Oh and if you have room take me too. ;-)
