We spent a long off-season weekend to enjoy a family get away at Hills. The location of Hills on Priest Lake, which has nothing to do with them, is awesome and is the shining redeeming quality of the resort in my opinion. I can only say that my experience was "OK" .. Our "beachfront cabin" had another cabin in front... More

We have visited Hills on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. This time was no exception. We are always treated with quick and friendly service. We always run into friends and make new friends at Hills. The only thing we have never been able to do is stay in their hotel as they are always booked.. Would love to try... More

Thank you for the nice review. We have had a very busy September with weddings every weekend. It will be quieter and we will have great get away packages available for the next five months. We hope you will try a winter visit, our restaurant is open every weekend, but closed during the week. More

Great lodge, restaurant, beach, bar, parking, activities galore. Very Scenic. Lots of indoor rustic decor with mounted animals, gift shop, large outdoor bar deck, grass and sandy walkways. You can rent most anything to play on the water.

We boated in via a rental boat. Had to gas it up but really had no clue how to do it. A couple young guys tied our boat up, and did everything for us! Inside is like a museum - old sailing lights, old scales, and more. Great food as well. Our trip there was too short, will have to... More

Thank you, our dock staff are the greatest, we will pass on your review. Hill's is celebrating our 70th Anniversary this year. Our family has also held on to these treasures, they each bring back a special memory of childhood at the resort. Teri Hill More

The views are incredible; clear water, sandy beaches, mountains and trees surrounding this beautiful large lake. I personally have been going to Priest Lake 50 years out of my 61. I went with my family as a kid for 25 memory filled years and could not wait to introduce my own family to the fantastic tradition! With lakes near our... More

Our family has been going to Hills Resort for about 45 years, and since about 1986, we've had a family reunion for a week at the resort every other year. That should speak volumes about this place. Of course, the Lake, and all it has to offer, is the main attraction, but Hills does a great job of accommodating our... More

Very crowded day, got right in, seats with stunning view of the mountains, lake and the beach. Server very professional. Food was very good: nachos, wedge salad, and kootenai club. Really liked the fries. Huckleberry lemon aid and iced tea very refreshing. Worth the drive!

I stayed at Hill's during a recent (late April) business trip. It is a lovely resort on the shores of Priest Lake--from my second-story room I looked out at the lake and the mountains to the east. It was their "off-season" so the restaurant and gift shop weren't open yet and there was limited housekeeping service. But the price was... More

Nice, but not great location on Priest Lake, Idaho. Besides that, it seems that Hill's knows that it is a cash cow with a long-time reputation and doesn't have to do much to make money. People will either love it or be disappointed. It seems to have a loyal following and it may be that it caters to gregarious types... More

Hill's resort is a nice set of rustic cabins along the Priest Lake waterfront. My girlfriend and I stayed with two other couples in one of the larger cabins and it accommodated us very well with largish rooms, full kitchen, clean bathrooms, an in-unit washer/dryer, and fireplace. The lodge restaurant was very good and the staff were welcoming. I would... More
