The hotel has been lovingly renovated, not always in style, but in a way that creates a cozy atmosphere! The food is prepared with no less love. Whether it's the starter (scampi and tartar) or the main course, they reflect the good version of Polish cuisine, in which the freshly prepared product still dominates and not the convenience trash that is now omnipresent in German restaurants! Whether you enjoy the semi-dry wine that is popular here is purely a matter of taste, but the Polish beer is definitely very good.

I have been in this restaurant in September 2012 for a wedding party. A friend of mine married a polish girl and after cerimony religious ceremony we went at Dwor Boratyn for lunch/dinner.
It's located in a beautiful countryside and the food was fantastic, this restaurant has some rooms furnished with antiquated furniture.
Really a wonderful place!

The title of the review reflects the decor perfectly. Also, I didn’t know how to start it, really. To be honest, I had troubles with rating the hotel at all.
Let’s start from the beginning. The moment we arrived there, we felt joy. The place looked really nice.
As it turned out - from the outside.
Inside, Chaos ruled, with capital C. Pictures and paintings, and photos, all from different centuries, done in different styles. We couldn’t focus on anything, because there was so much to look at. However, nothing was a feast for the eyes.
Ahh, the room. The room number 2. It was quite a ride. When you walk in, you stop on the wardrobe. The whole accommodation was small in general.
The scary part was the chandelier, which was broken in at least three places. Fortunately, it wasn’t hanging above my brother’s head, but his feet. In addition, the bathroom was not only tiny, but a lil dirty. And the toilet flush button broke down (but was immediately fixed).
On the other hand, the breakfast was tasty and the staff acted politely. Also also, the hotel is quite close to Jarosław, which is a beautiful and interesting town.
If you would like to spend there more time than two days, I would not recommend it.

Rarely does it happen that a hotel causes so much confusion. That greatness matches terror in nearly equal amounts. That you can’t wait to go back there, but you shiver at the thought of it at the same time. Allow me to group the advantages and the disadvantages.
The location is fantastic. It takes approximately ten minutes to drive to the beautiful and interesting city of Jarosław. The park around the hotel is full of wonderful flowers and gorgeous trees - perfect for a morning stroll before a mediocre breakfast. The staff solves any problem promptly and efficiently; they also agreed to any whim we had. The beds seem clean. Scrambled eggs with sausage are very tasty, but the rest of the breakfast offered is lousy at best. Finally, the homemade wine (semi sweet) was to die for.
On the other hand, the place is old. Ripe age may work in the favour of a historical site, but not accommodation. The smell in the hall and the rooms is that of old furniture and fabric. It does not make an impression that the place is clean - and it isn’t. Dusty corners, cobwebs, black dirt on the bathroom radiator. Moreover, the toilet flush button got stuck (and was speedily fixed); the chandelier’s arms were broken and balanced unsteadily on the wires (see image). The place is also very dark and filled with random and often simply ugly bric-a-brac. And by “filled” I mean that knick-knacks are stacked on every flat space and hung on almost every empty inch on the wall. Any taste or at least consistency do not matter. It’s slightly overwhelming and may make one feel uneasy.
Maybe there is some history in Dwór Boratyn, but it has been lost in a flood of kitschy curios haunting the murky interior.
It is good for a short stay and if you don’t spend too much time on the premises.

We booked ourselves in via booking.com. Luckily we did get in touch with hotel on the day about our late arrival, so they did wait for us, as the reception is only open till 10 pm. Pretty much in the middle of nowhere, own transport needed to get there. Our sat nav sent us to the western entrance, which is not in use, the only way in is by south entrance, putting up signs with such information would be a good idea, as we arrived there in the night and got a bit confused. Very spacious room we got on top floor. Good breakfast, although our son took the design of downstairs common rooms as a little spooky with all hunting trophies and stuffed animals, as apparently owners are keen hunters. Definitely worth recommending. One of the best places we stayed in.

Got a car? Like it quiet? A little quirky perhaps? Then this is the place, you don't need to keep looking. I found it on Trip Advisor and am REALLY impressed.

My girlfriend was just jumping through hoops when we arrived. I nailed this booking. And it was totally lovely. Very quiet, ok, the occasional dog or distant rooster, the food... dear God, the duck with apple!!! Then there was the beef tatar... just gorgeous, had that twice! And the spa/hot tub in cellar. Do that in the evening, just wonderful - very exclusive... 😉

I don't like going to the same place twice, but here, if you want quiet, solitude and somewhere to relax and keep your mind ticking over, this really is worth going back to. The ONLY downside is the doors shut at 2200. It's also only 45 minutes from Rzeszow Airport and 45 minutes from Przemyśl and the Ukranian border (yes, go to Lviv!) And honest to god, look at the prices! If you want to party party, go somewhere else.

+ very friendly staff, we arrived at late night, we asked for tap beer and we got it. nice location, perfect breakfast, convenient for wedding parties.

- bad isolation, u can hear people speaking from your room, bad pillows, clean linen, but not the newest, strange unpleasant smell all around the hotel, luckily besides the room.

I had never given 10/10 to any hotel, and I have been travelling for at least 14 years. This is the first one that honestly earned it!
Dear Lord what a stay!
The outside is charming, fairytale look. Awesome 18th century building with lights everywhere. The main receptionist was fantastic, very nice, with great laugh - you just feel like home. Go next for a dinner - jaw-dropping dumplings, tartare and home wine. With filled stomach you go see your room - mine was Travelers' Den - what a fun, I have also seen other cool names/themes - now I am thinking I should come back to see more of them. Fun Fun Fun! Rooms are big and comfortable, oldish look and very well maintained. SPA is excellent, especially 4-person jacuzzi - after 6pm you can book it for your privacy - fantastic!! Breakfast - nearly all is delivered from the local producers, tasty and healthy. I don't know what to say to encourage you to give it a try. Just do it! It is just marvelous! And.. it is really affordable! Check it - solo, with friends or family, this stay you will remember.
I keep my fingers crossed to visit Boratyn again. 10/10!
