Wonderful 2 week holiday spent at Camvillia, peaceful & quiet location great views over the bay. Rooms well equipped. Set in well cared for & spacious grounds. All staff helpful, friendly & efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Camvillia for a gentle & relaxing holiday.
The staff here never said 'I don't know', and always made the effort to make our stay unforgettable. Particular shout outs go to Kimon, Georgina, Elena, Maria (in the Spa) and Kostas - as well as the general manager. In September the pool and local beach bar was quiet which meant the service was even better. The hotel infinity pool might just be the nicest pool we've ever swum in and is reason enough to come back. There's a local bar in the town too if you fancy a pizza and some ouzo (quite the change from Camvillias excellent cuisine). They follow government guidelines with regards to coronavirus too, and we always felt very safe. Overall this place is 10/10. Plenty to explore within an hours drive too - if you get a car (which we'd recommend you do).
My family and I were fortunate to escape the media hype of Covid back in the UK and escaped to the stunning Camvillia Resort at the end of August. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles, warmth and a temperature check. Georgia was truly wonderful and looked after us very well. From our reservation to our first dinners fine dining experience - she was very helpful making sure we were very well looked after. The staff were very professional and friendly, and we loved the buggy boys, especially Costas and Jeremy! As for food and cocktails, oh my goodness! The best risotto I have ever tasted and the cocktails - the bar lady made the most incredible mojitos!!! We giggled all night long. Just what we needed! We had a lovely swim up suite, room 804 and the views were just amazing, sea views past the olive trees. The main infinity pool was like a movie scene. Utterly breath taking! The white voile curtains would blow gently through the seating area, listening to the chilled out music playing through the speakers with a coffee was set the scene perfectly. Never too busy and never too quiet. Just right! There is also a really cute Greek taverna in the church grounds - family run, and very cheap! The Camvillia Spa was also quite special. The lady massaged us with candle wax - incredible and one of the best massages I have had in a long time! The local beach is around a 5 minute drive away and Jeremy will take you there for free in his shuttle bus. Peroulia is the name of the beach and hosts another stunning view. Their local Beach restaurant Akti is well worth a visit. Their greek salads, fried cheese and seafood are delicious! So Camvillia, you captured our hearts and we will return for definite .I will be telling all my friends and clients about you. Next time we will stay for longer! All our kind wishes, The Lord-Ralph Family.…
We spend a fantastic week at Camvillia Resort (20-27 Sept 2020) for our honeymoon. 😍 It was a great time, the Infinity Pool with the Panorama is a Dream. The People that works here are all very nice, professionals and friendly. Beautiful hotel setting. The rooms, the comfortable beds, the food and most of all the lovely staff really help us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Thank you for all and congratulations! We will see you soon! 😘😘
Perfect getaway if you want peace and tranquility. Location is amazing with spectacular views. Staff very attentive and professional, nothing is too much trouble for them, to each and every member of staff , thank you, you are all amazing. Rooms are fab and all have sea views. The complex and rooms are spotlessly clean. Food is as you would expect for a 5*, beautifully presented and delicious. I have seen reviews stating that the drinks are expensive, I have to disagree, they were still cheaper than Manchester city centre, if you book a 5* hotel you have to expect 5* prices. It was a perfect place to recharge the batteries and I would absolutely visit again .
