Too far to walk to hot pools, it would be uphill on way back if you did. There "hot tub" was 96degrees, disappointed. I would not consider this luxurious, but it is lava. There is some cool furniture and the staff was nice. Not worth $200 a night in my opinion. We wound up here because it was only available room in town. Breakfast was good but nothing special

We stayed in the Castilian Suite and were very comfortable. The website could use new photos - the place looks better in person. Breakfast was good good, service nice. We've been coming to the hot springs for years but never have stayed before. Do yourself a favor and get a room so you can soak and then just go to bed! Highly recommend!

This is our second stay, the accommodations were very clean and and the staff was very accommodating. It was a most romantic stay. We stayed in the Roman room, the breakfast was exactly what we hoped for pre ordered scrambled eggs hot chocolate, waffles, and bacon.

To begin with we stayed in the most eligant room in the manor known as the Phantoms lair it was just amazing had to be the nicest place we have stayed at it was squeaky clean and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. We started there as boyfriend and girlfriend and left as engaged couples more in love then we ever had. The food was amazing the best breakfast I have ever had. And the best part about the whole trip was our host she was so caring and helpful and kind I would definitely recommend this to everyone and anyone best trip ever.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the Romeo and Juliet room. It was amazing!! The room was nice, but the real gem is Tami! She is a gracious host and got us all we needed. Breakfast was just lovely and we had a lovey chat with Tami to boot! We’ll be coming back!
