Upon check-in at 3:00pm, noticed the transom window above the door was broken. Staff was notified. NOTHING WAS DONE! They couldn't even be bothered to at least tape up some cardboard, let alone fix the window. They charged me the full price of my two night reservation. I stayed one night. Three months later I am still in dispute with... More

Wife and I made a day-trip to soak in the pools owned by the Hot Springs Inn. There's a nominal fee if not a guest at the Inn. It's a pleasant experience and very relaxing particularly on weekdays when school is in session to avoid crowds. We've also stayed overnight at the Inn on previous occasions. The main building is... Amazing how these reviews are so subjective one reviewer complained about how dirty the pools were well during our stay they were squeaky clean and we were informed and witnessed that two pools were drained and cleaned each night. We stayed in the Blue House which was a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and cooking utensils. the entire property... More

10$ to hang out all day. Locally owned. No crowds. I didn't stay at the hotel. I just used the spring pools. Shady spots for when the sun is shining too. We had a great time and want to go again. For sure.

This place was awful. It's old and run down, it smells weird. It was so dark in the room it couldn't tell you of it was clean. The bed was so uncomfortable my back aches the next day. The room was tiny, there was barely any room to walk around the bed. And the walls were so thin we stayed... More

The inn has lots of character and an outstanding breakfast. We opted to stay in a room with en-suite facilities but a toilet actually in the bedroom is not really my choice. We had a jacuzzi bath but no shower, so used the one in the shared bathroom next door. The main reason for staying here besides the brilliant breakfast,... More

My family stayed in the Blue Hotel; very run down and in need of repair. The mattresses were terrible, very hard and springs sticking in your back. I do like eclectic décor but this was more like garage sale furniture in need of repair and paint. They need to update their website pictures so you can see what this place... More

Our Granddaughter chose to go to Lava for her graduation trip. We stayed at the Aladdin upstairs. Our bathroom was across the hall, it was so fabulous. A little Aladdin door that stepped down into a fun bathroom. Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and cute decor. It was very warm in the evening so I recommend leaving the windows open. Our... More

The place is old, like ancient native american healing grounds, and 1930's brick hospital. Some say it's haunted with friendly ghosts. No doubt the entire property is in need of work. One of my bed lamps had exposed wires and a broken top so the bulb hung down, there are cats around and the dining hall had a smell of... More
