This was an unexpected experience. Everyone on staff that I came in contact with was smiling and very inviting. I was greeted by everyone on staff. Everyone was willing to help to make our stay enjoyable and perfect. I realize that I gave Extremely Satisfied in all areas. The stay was extra ordinary. I've been on many cruises and stayed in resorts all over the United States. This was one of the most enjoyable stays by far. Staff and facility perfect to make a great stay. Many other places in town did not feel as welcoming and hospitable. I can't wait until my next visit. I would vote the breakfast "The Best in Ketchum". The Happy Hour menu and the Evening Menu were prefect for what was needed. The pizza was some of our favorites. The Lounge menu also did not disappoint. The drinks were flawless. As you can tell, our family had an amazing time. So thank you to everyone on staff for creating such a wonder vacation and experience.…

The Limelight Hotel was the perfect stay for me and my family. The rooms are super comfortable and quite functional. Nice view of the mountains street and mountains. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each day. The staff Is super friendly. Eric and Irwin were quite helpful. Looking forward to our return.

I heard good things about the Limelight before our trip but it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is key. You can walk everywhere or they have a shuttle to the mountain. The rooms are super. We have 2 rooms and the one with 2 doubles is huge. Love the free breakfast. The staff is beyond helpful with such warmth. Shout- outs to Eric at the front desk. Taylar at concierge and Kavia in housekeeping. Most importantly for us, the Limelight is dog friendly so we were able to bring our Chewy too.

The Limelight was perfectly located near restaurants and River Run lift. Underground parking is a must. Ski storage is properly located near elevator. Shuttle service to River Run is convenient. Limelight washed their vehicles daily. The hotel is dog friendly. Staff is courteous. Ski Rental is located at the front of the hotel and is easy for equipment returns and exchanges.

Our room, the hot tub, and the gym were all excellent and the location is terrific. What really stood out for me was the service here. My ski glove had a tear in it and the front desk person found duct tape to repair it. When the 845 shuttle to the ski slope left three minutes early (it goes every 15 minutes but I had only 2.5 hrs on my last day so wanted to be at lifts when they open), the front desk found someone to drive me over. Then, when I realized I had dropped a glove, the driver gave me his gloves to use. Only then did I discover that he was the General Manager of the hotel! He then went back to the hotel, found the glove I had dropped, and put it in my luggage that was in the storage room. The staff were all wonderful--and it is tough to get enough good staff in this difficult year. Also, a nice feature of the rooms is that they have a table, a table setting for four, fridge and microwave. This made for a relaxing place to have dinner one night--purchased at grocery store across the street. Lots of nice touches. Also, nice breakfasts included.…

Unless you want to force all of your party, family or meeting attendees to vaccinate, whether they have antibodies or a medical or religious exemption, don’t choose Limelight. Many businesses shut down due to this pandemic, and this place is sending away customers on purpose to get their socialistic gold star. Wow.
