This place was a disaster and the staff was the rudest I've ever experienced. I would never recommend this hotel. I had to let the water run in the sink to get it to "warm". Dirty bathroom- hair left all over the floor. Loud doors. What was the worst part? The rude staff.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The first room we were given had not been made up! The second room we were given the toilet did not work! So third time lucky, I don't think so what with a babies rug still half way out from under bed from previous customer. I guess the cleaner just missed it!!... More

Best views of the falls as far as hotels go (if you request a room on the falls side), the rooms are huge which is great, and having a balcony was a huge plus! But, the room was pretty dirty, our garbage can still had garbage from the last guests, and a dirty towel hanging on the door, and hair... More

Location was picture perfect. We were on an upper floor facing the falls and when we opened our balcony door we could even hear the water rushing over the rocks. At night the lights on the falls were beautiful and made for a wonderful relaxing walk. The Japanese Garden was gorgeous and one of our favorite discoveries on our trip.... More

This is a Rodeway Inn but feels much nicer than a typical Rodeway. The rooms are HUGE and have two double beds, couch, fridge and microwave. The new walkway along the river is right out the door and great for an evening walk or run. Don't miss the Japanese Meditation Garden just a short walk south along the pathway from... More

It's been a few decades since the heyday of this hotel, but the location can't be beat and the staff is super friendly. The outside is a little run down, but the rooms are fine, and even the hot tub was great. There's a great Mexican joint withing walking distance. I got a great rate on Booking dot com. And... More

Stayed at the hotel for one night around July 4th weekend. First, the staff could not find my reservation by name. They didn't really seem interested in finding. I managed to locate the reservation email and at that point the lady at the desk said that they did not have any rooms of the type they had reserved. I.e. that... More

We stayed at this hotel on our way home at Thanksgiving time. We had a later check-in as we had been on the road. The hotel was chosen due to location, pet friendly status and we got a great last minute room rate. Because it was so cold outside, we had to bring all of our travel luggage and extras... More

This older hotel right across from the Falls is in very good condition. Our room was huge with 2 queen beds, a sectional sofa and still lots of space. It was very clean, great beds...not too hard, nice linens. The breakfast was pretty basic, waffles, cereal, toast and yogurts...no proteins. Overall we really liked this property for its good location,... More
